Excellent guide. Virginia was lively passionate and well informed.And she kept the whole group well engaged - A real highlight of any art lovers visit to Rome. Bernini’s sculptures are magnificent and there are some great Caravaggios.

Excellent - We had such a wonderful experience visiting Vatican City! We bought our tickets to see the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica, and everything was so smooth from start to finish. The service was amazing – very organized, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole process stress-free. Once inside, the beauty of the Sistine Chapel and the grandeur of the church were absolutely breathtaking. It’s truly an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Skip the line Tickets to The Vatican Museums and The Sistene Chapel. - Bought tickets to see The Vatican Museum and The Sistene Chapel. These tickets were skip the line ones which we booked last minute. This trip is a must and definitely worth paying more for skip the line tickets. Viator were very organised and gave us good directions before our entry time.

Great experience! - We took a train to Rome for the day and unfortunately our train was significantly delayed, however the company was extremely accommodating. They got us new tickets at no additional costs, and were super friendly about it. The self guided tour was well worth it. I'd definitely recommend this especially for people wanting to do things at their own pace.

Vatican museum and Sistine chapel - Booked the skip the line for the Vatican museum and the Sistine chapel. We went to the address that was on the paperwork to collect our tickets and the guy walked us to the entrance. Fantastic service.

Song and Dance - I reserved a time but didn’t realize I had to pick up tickets at a physical location other than museum. Got song and dance from viator office and told my time was overbooked and wait there for 45 minutes for later reservation which they would vacillitate. We left with tickets and went to “fast line” ourselves and got entry on original time.

Very bad experience - It was a terrible ordeal that we were twice cancelled the tour, it is amazing that a company like you have this type of suppliers with such low quality and very bad reputation. I think a confirmed tour with more than 1 week will cancel twice
