Incredible Food Tour with Marco! - We had a fantastic food tour with Marco that our entire family loved. The tour is exceptionally well-paced — you’re constantly trying new foods (around 10 delicious stops!) while walking about 2 miles through the heart of Rome. It was supposed to be 2 hours, but Marco generously spent extra time with us, which we really appreciated. Campo de’ Fiori is the perfect starting point, and the tour includes a mix of takeaway bites and sit-down tastings, with both familiar dishes and exciting new flavors. Along the way, Marco shared fascinating history and local insights, making it both a culinary and cultural experience. This was probably the best food tour of our entire trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome !

Street food tour for the intro to street food in Rome - Fun street tour, with introduction to Rome street cuisine and a some good vino..and a selection of meats to get the trip rolling.. lovely group of people.. not too far to walk.. Reasonable value for money.. watch out for the pouncers who hover. over the food on the first stop 🤪🤪.. you kind of have to jump in to get a good sample of each.. but the rest is evenly shared.. & most are respectful of others.. We enjoyed and would recommend..

Francesca was great! - We had so much fun on our little tour with Francesca! We were in a small group of about 10 which allowed us to converse and make some new friends. The food stops were informative and delicious and we really enjoyed getting to sample various food items. There was plenty of food too and left us full for multiple meals. Great value, and worthwhile if you’re into food and learning the meaning behind it.

Donbt try this tour on a hot day. - I went on June 20 which turned out to be a day too hot to comfortably walk around and taste food. We met in the Campo dei fiori which is a wonderful place of street merchants to start. All the places we went had a good variety of street food although I found the Gelato to be of inferior consistency. It was quite lumpy and did not have the smooth consistency that we found in other shops. I found the artichokes extremely greasy. I would have liked to linger in the Jewish ghetto before heading back to the hotel but it was just too hot. That evening around 7 it was quite comfortable to walk around so maybe the early tour should be axed during hot days.
