Great choice for a one day visit of Tuscany ! - First time for my family of 4 including 2 seniors to visit Tuscany and this full tour was very well organized, detailed and attentive, so that we were able to enjoy a very comfortable and relaxed tour. We left from Florence to first visit San Gimignano, followed by Siena and finished by a short visit to one of the beautiful vineyards in Chianti. We had a very smooth journey with the driver Leonardo, who is great in knowing the best spots to stop in order to get the best views. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and patient throughout the journey, plus his good sense of humour would definitely turn your holiday an enjoyable one. We were all very pleased with the Company as well as Leonardo and highly recommended for any visitors to Tuscany

Amazing way to see Rome - Alan Evans, owner, speaks fluent English and is incredibly well versed with the culture and history of Rome and its surrounds. We had the pleasure of having Alan as a tour guide for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed his company. Out of the many tour guides we had on this trip, Alan was the best given his outstanding personality and professionalism. In fact, he felt like part of the family by the end of the trip. He is courteous, punctual and knowledgable.

Alan is an outstanding tour guide... -
Alan is an outstanding tour guide, he is extremely knowledgeable has something to say about nearly everything in Rome. You can't shut him up IN A GOOD WAY!!!.

This tour is tailored around what you want to do. Alan began our tour by asking if this was our first time in Rome, since it was he recommended that we start the day at the Vatican. He arranged skip the line tickets so we wouldn't have to wait hours in the sun with all the other tourists.

While we were waiting for our visiting time to come up Alan whisked us around the city to all the most important landmarks a first time visitor should see Janiculum Hill where we had a wonderful view of Rome The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona.

We returned to the Vatican and spent a while walking through the museums and galleries before arriving at the Sistine Chapel. We then skipped the line again to fast track into St Peter's Basilica.

Leaving the Vatican, we headed for the Colosseum where we skipped the lines and went straight in. An awe inspiring place despite the state it's in.

We went to the Forum and Circus Maximus before concluding our tour at the top of the Spanish Steps.

A simply wonderful day with Alan who kept us entertain with stories all the way.

One of the reasons we took a private... -
One of the reasons we took a private tour was to have some flexibility with our day. We couldnt have asked for a better tour guide than Alan Evans of Best Limos in Rome, We had already toured the Vatican and Museums the day before, so we had some extra time in our day. Alan took us on the normal route of must see sights in Rome. Alan was quite informative as we stopped at each location. While touring us around, he contacted a small winery in Tivoli that he knew and arranged for an outdoor, multiple course lunch for us. The winery owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and his wines paired perfectly with the food. The day was perfectly clear which made for a spectacular view from high on the hill. This fantastic day will linger in our memories for years to come. We commend Viator for selecting this tour company/guide.

Rome full day tour - Very expensive for what it was. Driver was very scruffy looking, minivan was hot & scruffy. Driver was knowledgeable, however I felt it was too expensive for what we saw. However, I have nothing to go by. First time doing it this way . Next time I will really research what is included in price . 2 persons it was $540 plus$120 extra to pick up at ship and take back to hotel near airport. Again I feel I was charged too much
