There was plenty of time for hands-on practice, plenty of time to ask questions, and—most importantly—plenty of time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the delicious fruits of our labour. Fun afternoon activity.... - Fun afternoon activity. Mike was a great host. We took our 9 and 12 year old who managed everything no problem. We were worried about the tiramisu with the children not liking coffee, but it still worked with just a quick dip in the coffee, with no coffee taste for them. Pasta was really tasty. Wonderful experience we will always remember.

More than we expected! - What a fun experience. It was the end of our visit to Rome and left us with nice memories snd new skills!!! Wonderful!

A must-do experience while in Roma! - It was amazing, fantastic and incredibly fun! Mike was the consummate host and instructor. Both the wine and the information were free flowing because we learned a lot while also drinking a lot. Perfect setting and so enjoyable to eat the very food we created. Well worth the time and money---made a perfect ending to our time in Rome! On a scale of 1 to 10, this was a 15.

Fun experience! - This experience went beyond our expectations! The chefs were informative, patient, funny, and made the class fun. They provided easy step-by-step instructions and made making pasta seem easy. The pasta that we made, ravioli and spaghetti (and sauces which they provided) were excellent. The class was large, over 20 people, but somehow the chefs made the class seem smaller the way they had us interact together. I would highly recommend and will take another class in the future!

Make your own dinner, sip wine, make friends - I booked this as a request from my wife to do a cooking class. I did not realize how much I would enjoy it. It was not just a class to learn, it was an experience with food, drinks and now new friends. Patrick was the best to lead us through. I recommend this experience

This was by far the most... - This was by far the most fun we have had while in Rome. The staff at II Segreto know how to take care of their customers. Our cooking coach was fun and knew what he was doing. Mike took care of every person that was there for the cooking and wine experience.
