Must try when in Rome! - Would absolutely 100% recommend this. This was our second time visiting Rome and after eating all around the city this surpassed my expectations in terms of food, flavor, atmosphere and was a lot more fun than you would think. Stephano and Jamila played a huge part in making this a great experience by keeping everyone engaged throughout the entire class and making sure that it was interactive as well as entertaining. You get to learn about local culinary history while you make some amazing pasta and then get to eat the fruits of your labor while enjoying some wine. Even if you've been to Rome before and had all the pasta it has to offer, this will be a memorable experience that you will not soon forget.
