Tours in Rome in English - Beautiful experience! I went there with my family and we visited the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum! No vacancy! They give you little radios that are linked to what the guide says. You also have a bottle of water and a map. Beautiful and very positive experience in contact with the art of Rome! The guide for us was in English and was fantastic!

Great (hot) day!! - Great tour! Very informative! Very very hot in July but it was worth it! Would highly recommend to people who have never seen the Colosseum.

Easy visit to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill/Roman Forum - I was able to book a few days before the actual date of entry. I appreciate being able to skip the line but you will still have to pass through a security line. The instructions aren’t clear but you will receive a text advising of what time to show up at the meeting location (very close to the Colosseum) before your entry. You enter as a group and are given 1.5 hours to explore on your own and then meet again for entry to Palatine Hill & Roman Forum. The staff was very kind & spoke multiple languages. I would recommend the tour company.

good guide, bumpy process - The process was a little bumpy. There were not maps provided or water, the time was changed the day before and it was extremely crowded. Our tour guide was very good. Informative and he gave a good context.

Good, but could have been better - Never saw the guide again, after we excited. She told us 3-5. We walked out at 3:15, waited, never saw her. Also, she was doing dual duty. Had a guided tour, mixed in with our and others self tour

Pushed to upgrade - Not impressed with the tour company. This is my third visit to the Colosseum. The tour we booked, the time changed the day before, many people also had time changes. The tour director told us from the beginning the audio tour was poor and we should upgrade to the guided tour. Even if we didn't upgrade we would have to stay with the guided tour because they had the tickets to get in to the Colosseum and then the forum. I wanted to be able to go at our own pace but not possible. We were never even given audio guides! The tour through the Colosseum was just the highlights and about an hour. More of her talking the actually seeing things. She then walked us to the forum gave one person the paper, to get the group in, and left. I would have preferred to do this at my own pace like advertised! Felt like a scam to pay more for the upgrade! These site are so easy to do on your own and just read the displays as you go. Very crowded and hot in the summer and being pushed though a site, does not make it an enjoyable experience.

Changed time for visit - The guide was very nice, she gave us info about good places to visit in the colosseum and the Palatine hill. But the company changed our booking made two months ago from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They offered full refund or change time, like we had a choice... The temperature at 2 p.m. was 32 degree.

Worse visit - We have booked before months the visit to Coloseum trough Viator, however I. Tha last day before the visit they informed us that they will change the tour from 10:30 in the morning to 14:30 . This was surprise us a lot we was with a child and this is why we book In the morning in order not catch the heat at 14:30. However they just told us in the last minute, and didn’t left us time to react to book another visit. So, we had to accept the tour. But this was not the only problem, first they didn’t provide us audio guides which was included in the package , after we was at the Colosseum entrance we have asked the guiding lady, why they didn’t provide us audio guide, shte asked us”they didn’t give you?” , and I said No, and then she told me I will ask a guy from the office to come and give you. I will also explain that this audio guide was worth for nothing , because it was not possible hear anything they didn’t even provide us headphones. I will not recommend this visit to anyone.

Bizarre tour - The trip to the coloseum was very quick only stopping in pointless places. There was no time for us to look around the displays as the guide just rushed us through. Once we got out of the coloseum the guide took us towards palatine hill and left us there and said you are free to go and you can make this bit last as long as you want. So in affect I only payed for a speed walk of the coloseum a lot of security gates and a broken head set.

Disorganized - Started 45 minutes later than scheduled and we missed our next tour. Had to hold your audio device up to hear the whole time and could barely hear anything.The guy y checking us in told us they didn’t work and tried to upsell us to a live guide even though it’s not what we booked. Highly disorganized and would not recommend.
