- In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours and a half
- Upon choosing our guided tour, you acknowledge and accept that the admission fee to the archaeological sites is 16 euros for adults(22€ for arena option), accompanied by a 2 EUR booking fee, and free admission ticket for children under 18. The remaining amount is voluntary and includes services provided by skilled licensed guides, headsets, booking fees, and other tour amenities. Our goal is to provide transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown, allowing you to fully recognize the value of our guided experience.

Colloseum Thru the Eyes of Matteo - This tour experience was history overload on steroids. I love history and it was incredible to be standing in a location where my imagination just ran wild. It was overwhelming. We also had the best tour guide in Matteo F with Crown Tours, who was very knowledgeable about the past and present of the colosseum. It helps that he grew up as a child playing among the ruins while his dad was a street vendor. Loved every minute of the tour, not the heat but Matteo made sure we found a lot of shaded areas while he continued to talk about the romans who came to see the spectacle within the colloseum.

There is significant room... - There is significant room for improvement on the storytelling element of this tour. The plastic sleeves with artistic impressions are lack lustre.

Really bad experience changed tour no refund - We booked vip small group tour
They told us there company has decided that they will put us in general group and we will get refund
There is no refund and they do not reply
Will not advice this to anyone really terrible

Aweful experience and still no refund - This was the only bad experience during our recent trip to Italy.
I booked this tour in advance and its non-refundable tour. They changed the time of the tour from my original time to an earlier time, I was traveling when they send a text of notification and didn't have a chance to thoroughly review it. We arrived at our committed time and missed the tour, they didn't even try to solve the issue while I heard them talking among each other in Italian to squeeze someone else in the last minute.
Luckily we had a couple more days in Rome and was able to book another tour, imagine some family who booked this tour on their last day in Rome, they would have missed the experience.
A full refund was promised within 3-5 business day, now we are back home and a good 10 days have elapsed, still no refund.
