Good experience - At first I hessitate to book this bus company because of the review I read online, but I decided to give it a try. I was happy with the service the bus come on time. The journey is smooth and we arrived in the airport earlier than expected. This is a first come first served basis if you arrived earlier in bus stop you will accomodate it first and get in the bus.

Professional and on time. - I found the location to board the bus with ease. Staff are professional and friendly. The bus was clean and in great condition. We departed Termoli Station on time and arrived at the airport on time. Great price when booked on line and cheaper than the train. We'll done. I will book with you again.

Excellent transfer. - Buying tickets I made online fast and smoothly. Waiting to climb there is always, indeed operators were good at keeping everyone in line. Without pushing and cunning -for lack of respect to anything else.

Kindness and attention to the customer - I was pleasantly surprised. Getting off the bus I left my cell phone in my seat pocket. They were very kind to help me retrieve it, both the staff girl at the bus stop, the two at the ticket office, and the driver who immediately checked if my cell phone was still present on the vehicle. Plus very quiet trip, punctual both at departure and arrival. I've never had any drawbacks of this kind, so I can't actually make comparisons with other companies, but they certainly surprised me for their kindness and helpfulness

Great service - Impeccable service. Sure, Rome traffic is what it is, but it's a great alternative to the (expensive) Leonardo Express. Ticket purchase very simple, courteous and precise staff, impeccable drivers. Highly recommended. The only flaw: you do not pay with PayPal.

Rome to Airport Transfer - Perfect service. Time and fluid. Highly recommended. Both from the airport to Termini and back from Rome.

A bit of a caos getting on the bus, but all on time and comfortable - There were a lot of people waiting for the bus, and also close by, there were a lot of people waiting for other companie's transfers to the airport. The Terravision bus was on time, the first tour in the morning at 4 a.m., but when it arrived, a person from their staff told everyone to form a line. I would recommend having this written at the post so that people don't feel like they are cheated about their spot and also to be ready when the bus arrived. The seats were comfortable, but I didn't see a safetybelt.

Reliable service - We tried Terravison from Rome FCO airport. Missed booked departure, but it was not a problem to use our tickets for the next one. Everything went well. Coach was in time.

Very good once the meeting place finally find - The meeting point indicated on the tickets is not the right one (heavy renovation work on ke forecourt of station j imagine). No signage to find the new location. A good stress shot to find the new place (along the station).
