Meet your host in Piazza Mattei, a gem among Rome’s squares, located in the heart of the charming Jewish Ghetto. Your host will assist you throughout the experience, translating for the chef and sharing tips, history, and legends about the Jewish district and its unique culinary style. You’ll learn to make homemade pasta from scratch, clean and prepare seasonal vegetables for frying, such as artichokes or zucchini flowers. Prepare two types of sauces from fresh ingredients, then challenge yourself to cook the perfect pasta under the chef’s supervision. Sit down to enjoy your creations along with the “chef’s gift”: the famous ricotta cheesecake. The food provided is enough to cover your dinner.
