Great Experience Even For 81 Year Young Person. - To start out, it was such a relief to have someone direct us through Roma Termini, get us on the right train and ensure we got off at the right place and to do so on the return trip as well. Since after being in the heat and helping my 81 year old mother through Pompeii I was exhausted and slept much of they way back. Note for those of you that might be wondering, my mother is able to get around fine but likes to take a walked for stability and a place to sit when needed. Fortunately we left the walker in the motel room because it would NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE to us a walker in Pompeii. I saw few people struggling with strollers and was glad we didn’t have to try and get the walker around. I am glad I was able to take my mother and that she was able to experience Pompeii but if you are in a similar situation be prepared to support them the entire way and it’s best if you have someone on both sides of the person needing assistance. At the beginning of our tour there was one person who decided to drop and not go the distance and another person during the tour who received assistance from a nice young man. The tour guide was outstanding! The wine tasting was wonderful and I’m not a big wine drinker. The wine and the meal they provided was delicious!

Amazing experience in Pompeii - We were met ath the train station in Rome and a rep from the company made sure we got on the right train to Naples. Our guide met us in Naples and was great. Vincenzo was an excellent guide for Pompeii. He was knowledgeable and engaging the entire time. The wine tasting was also fantastic. 4 types of wine plus limoncello, all generous pours. Definitely recommend this experience.

A stress free way to Pompeii - What an amazing way to see Pompeii! Check in was painless, the train and van ride was smooth. Our guide Victoria was extremely informative! I had no idea how big Pompeii was, and she showed us so many hidden parts. Lunch was at a gorgeous winery. I'm not much of a wine person, but I enjoyed almost all of the wines they selected. This experience removed all the stress that comes with planning, buying tickets, dealing with transportation, etc.

The best way to see Pompeii! - This is a fantastic day excursion from Rome. Our guide, Paola, was extremely knowledgeable about Pompeii, past and present. She knew the ruins inside and out. Paula made sure our group saw not only the most famous sights, but also pointed out many interesting minutia. She was also very knowledgeable about the geology of the area, the frescoes, the economy of ancient Pompeii, the surrounding area, its relationship to Rome and the social strata of the day. The tour was super interesting, very well organized and the lunch at the winery, Bosco de Medici, was the cherry on top!! I highly recommend this tour!

Lunch so Light You Leave with Hunger Pains - The Pompei part of the tour was amazing and we learnt a lot and were able to see the highlights of this city. However the light lunch was very light, I left feeling very hungry. It’s too long a day for us to be served very little portions of food without an option or time to get food elsewhere.
