Pompeii in November - Pompeii is one of the most impressive sites I have seen, the great guide, the wonderful experience. It's the second time I've been, the first time was in 2012 and on this visit I've been given the impression that I've been taught more things

Fantastic but only thing... - Fantastic but only thing is I wished we saw more of the shadows on walls etc and the dog that was impacted by the blast

Exhausting but worth it - Tour was great everything was well organised. Was a bit worried about getting trains etc as we're not a young couple and have never done this before but there team was at the train stations to help us which was great..we only received our train tickets the day before .it would have been better if they explained this as I was getting a bit anxious. Once the tour was over you made ur own way back to rome with the tickets provided. It was not to daunting if we can do it anyone can lol 😆 it was a full on exhausing day but worth it

An Engaging, Multigenerational Pompeii Experience - We really enjoyed our Pompeii guided tour with train included from Rome. Our guide was genuinely enthusiastic and clearly loved sharing the history of Pompeii, which made the experience engaging from start to finish. While the guide had a strong accent, their excitement and passion came through beautifully and added to the authenticity of the tour.
The information was presented in a relatable, human way that appealed to everyone in our group—from our high school-aged daughter and college-aged son to my parents. It was wonderful to see all generations equally interested and engaged.
The pace of the tour was fairly quick, which kept things moving and allowed us to see a lot. For my parents in their 80s, it was occasionally challenging to keep up, and we were out of range of the headsets at times. Even so, the guide remained energetic, informative, and clearly passionate about bringing Pompeii’s history to life. Overall, it was a memorable, informative experience that we truly appreciated.
Train was a bit stressful, but the guides did arrive to make sure we were on the correct train and literally walked us to the platform. They noted a 9:20 meet up with the guide, we arrived at 9:10 to no one. However, at exactly 9:20 the guide was there as promised!

Organized and professional tour! - Many thanks to the tour agency who sent representatives at the train station meeting points and expedited and answered questions. Dana was wonderful! Our guide at Pompeii was Rafaela. She was an archeologist and a part time tour guide. Extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. If it was not for our 12 year old son, we would have stayed longer past the 2hr tour. Thank you!!

Overall good. - Organisation pre-tour and leaving Rome was great. On arrival in Pompeii it was obvious that there was a problem. Our guide was not in attendance. 45 mins later she finally arrived. No acknowledgement of, or apologies for tardiness. Once the tour commenced it was enjoyable. Reasonably informative.

Pompeii should not be missed - Pompeii is truly an amazing place. A guide is a must. This company is well organized and was nice that all the tickets are arranged. Would book with them again

Too rushed and too many people in the group. - The tour was much too rushed and the group was far too big. There was no time to stop and enjoy the sights. If we did stop to take a photo, or wait for others in the group to crowd into small spaces, the tour guide was often out of range and had already explained the next site.
