- Via Ardeatina, 237 - The dish that represents Italy globally is undoubtedly PASTA! The passion for cooking and tradition has led us to embark on this wonderful journey, offering our pasta courses. This culinary experience will reveal all the secrets to crafting exquisite handmade fettuccine and gnocchi under the expert guidance of our chef, Christian. We offer a variety of packages to meet the needs of all our customers, including a GLUTEN FREE course!
The course is 2 hours long and includes: a fettuccine and gnocchi workshop led by our Chef, who will demonstrate the optimal use of the pasta-making machine. At the conclusion of the master class, the group will enjoy the dishes they have prepared.
Lunch or dinner features two bruschettas, the two pasta dishes crafted entirely by the group, a glass of wine, water, bread, and a homemade dessert of your choice.

A great intimate cooking course - Christian was a great host and we really enjoyed our cooking course. We learnt to make three types of pasta. We were also treated to Bruchetta and wine. Christian talked us through each step and chatted to us about our trip and local history. It was great to work in such a small group (just us and him) and we really got involved in the whole process. Christian made accommodations for my dietary requirements and gave us tips to make things at home. It was nice to have him document our trip with photos and videos and these be sent to us after, so we could concentrate on the making rather than doing this. He also sent us his recipe book and we have since been able to make some pasta at home for our friends!

A little taste of Rome with Christian - This was a fantastic experience. Our chef Christian gave us the full Italian experience in making pasta and his cooking talents accentuated the 3 paste dishes we eat.

Private cooking class - We had the most incredible private cooking class in Rome! Christian was not only an amazing chef, but also such a warm and patient teacher. He guided us step by step through traditional Italian recipes, teaching us little tips and tricks that you’d never find in a cookbook. The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and by the end we felt like we were cooking with a friend rather than an instructor.
The best part? Sitting down to enjoy the meal we created together—it was absolutely delicious! This was a highlight of our trip to Rome, and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to truly connect with Italian culture through food.

Delicious homemade pasta from scratch! - My daughter and I loved this cooking class! We made three types of pasta from scratch, and our chef was both knowledgeable and warm, sharing great tips along with his personal journey. It was fun, hands-on, and a special way to experience authentic Italian food together. Highly recommend!

Christian was amazing!... - Christian was amazing! Booking said it’s a small group, but it turned out to be private, just our family. Cooking was fun, we were sharing travel stories, Christian was explaining how to choose, pair and mix ingredients. How to make the dough correctly and why. It was a lot of fun. Christian recorded main steps and sent it to us so we would not forget. 3 kinds of different pasta , each paired with a sauce that we made as well. ( he can do vegetarian and gluten free recipes as well). Lunch was amazing. At the end we even got to taste gelato made by Simone in her little shop. Certainly would recommend this workshop!
