- Via della Gatta, 14 - Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine and Tortelli. We will provide you with all the necessary tools. Every participant will receive English instructions. After the preparation, we will cook the pasta together with the relatives’ sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like a true Italian family. This experience will last about 3 hours complete and will be an opportunity to socialize with other travellers and your host in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, we will serve the delicious organic Tuscan wine, which we produce on our farm called “Dalle Nostre Mani” using natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson, you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. We hope that this experience will be useful in increasing your culinary knowledge and enable you to replicate our secrets at your home, leaving your diners amazed!

Reliability - Sent three groups to this pasta workshop last week - all came back thrilled! The Australian family couldn't stop talking about it during our Vatican tour the next day. What I love most is the workshop's reliability: great instruction, perfect portion sizes, and that magical moment when everyone sits down to enjoy their creations. The central location makes it easy to recommend for evening activities. My clients particularly love the hands-on experience and the organic wine from their Tuscan farm. After a year of sending clients here, I can confidently say it's one of Rome's best culinary experiences.

Another fond memory of Rome - Excellent workshop, information useful, practical, everything worked out. I was with my son for 18 years, and he really enjoyed it, too. 90% of the success of this workshop was a teacher who taught us how to make pasta and ravioli. Great energy, charisma, humor, feelings of inclusion, if it wasn't for her, everything would be bleak. Besides, the beautiful location of pastamania itself. Thank you! We were interesting, informative, fun and full.

The BEST Pasta Class!!! - This class was amazing! We loved our instructor, Giulia. She was so fun and taught us about Italian cuisine beyond just what we cooked in class. The small group setting was perfect, and everyone had a wonderful time. The food we made was excellent. We highly recommend this class to anyone who is visiting Rome.
