- Piazza Trilussa - Your pasta-making class takes place in a charming cooking school in Rome’s most beloved neighborhood with a modern kitchen and charming dining area reserved just for your small group. Begin with a prosecco and aperitivo as you greet your fellow travelers and cook. This is a small group experience with no more than 14 participants. Your local chef will begin to act as a tutor and give you the fundamentals of creating incredible fettuccine and ravioli pasta from scratch with two traditional sauces (white and red). They will offer their tried-and-true tips passed down from generations of Italian families. As the pasta dries and settles, the chef will prepare your dessert: Italy’s beloved gelato. Finally, enjoy your pasta with a perfectly paired wine before digging into the homemade gelato to finish things off. At the end of the 3 hours, you can choose to stay in the space with your new friends or venture out to explore the nearby streets that make up lovely Trastevere.

Pasta, gelato, and wine! - Stefano was our chef and was amazing! The class size was intimate and Stefano was informative and made it a fun experience! One of the highlights of our trip. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic time - The girls who taught are so nice, polite, funny and definitely know what they are doing.
It’s so fun and we learned a lot. We drank prosecco while kneading the dough, we made the sauce together and then they served us. Huge portions and so yummy.

The way I cook pasta is forever improved! - It was an unforgettable experience! The way I view pasta will never be the same again, so much better! I was surprised about how much we learned but it was not overwhelming. Very interesting, fun, and my cooking is forever transformed. Definitely worth the price. Everything is provided and you are helped every step of the way. It is also in the beautiful Trastevere neighbourhood, easy to reach by bus. I highly recommend adding this class to any trip to Rome, we would love to try another one!

Great food and lots of fun! - It was a fantastic activity with a large group. It is suitable for people of all ages. We went with a group of teens and adults and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves and the food was AMAZING!!!!

An unforgettable experience! - This was a perfect ending to our Rome trip. My mom and I decided to do this class together and had the best time. The classroom was clean, well prepared, and ready to go. Everything was explains and done in a fun and friendly way. Not to mention the food turned out absolutely fantastic. The whole experience was 10/10, highly recommend.

Overall an amazing... - Overall an amazing experience! Was welcomed with prosecco then got right to pasta making. The staff was excellent!!! They were very enthusiastic and engaging! Our glasses were refilled as soon as they were dry! Delicious food to end the experience. Would absolutely recommend!
