Very extreme enjoyment - This is my first visit to Singapore and my first stay at a luxury hotel in Singapore. Interstate Hotels helped me define my impression of luxury hotels in Singapore. In addition, Su Na was my accommodation this time, she was very careful and careful to help me clean the room every time, and when I was tired of working back to the hotel there was a sense of coming home.

Wonderful experience - This was such a wonderful and fun activity. We were a family with children, and they were so accommodating. There were also couples and friends taking the class as well. We learned how to make authentic pasta in such a fun and experiential way. And everything tasted delicious! If you have time, make sure you take the pasta making and tiramisu class. It is worth it. Ask for Elisa, she is the best.

A fantastic morning in Rome - We were greeted with a free glass of Prosecco by a lovely maître d’ and sat outside for a few minutes. The class was in a side room of a cute restaurant in the Piazza Navona, with a great view out of the large open bay doors (so we could enjoy the beautiful weather while we prepped). It was very straightforward, with clear instruction- even someone with little to no kitchen experience could make good-quality pasta and tiramisu. The group was small, which allowed for easy small talk. Sara, our instructor, was wonderful, she was personable and very knowledgeable. Sitting on the sunny piazza afterwords and eating our creations and sipping wine and limoncello was a highlight of our trip. Highly highly recommended!

From Burning Toast to Running the Kitchen - We got there ten minutes early and needed to wait a little longer until all parties were there. It was a small group, perfect for chatting and learning to cook. Our chef Sara was very funny and made learning easy. We ended our cooking class with a fantastic meal and the knowledge that we can take back home with us. Worth it for anyone visiting and wanting to experience the city. It's one thing to eat great food, but to make it how they do as well? Highly highly recommended.
