Guided by skilled hosts, participants will discover the traditional method of crafting this iconic Italian liqueur, from peeling fresh lemons to bottling and labeling their own batch. The experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the limoncello-making process. Participants will be involved in every step—zesting organic lemons, blending them with alcohol and sugar, and carefully infusing the flavors. While the limoncello rests, enjoy a tasting session in our private tasting room, sampling our exclusive Spritz Drink It® alongside authentic Roman pizza.
This session offers a full sensory journey, celebrating Italian flavors, aromas, and the artistry behind one of Italy’s most cherished drinks.

At the conclusion of the class, participants will bottle their personalized 100ml creation to take home, a unique keepsake of their Roman adventure.
