Must See Baths/No Show Guide - Our tour guide didn’t show up. We later did get a text that the tour was canceled due to rain & that we could reschedule. We only had a few days in Rome, so rescheduling was not possible. They have no intention of refunding us our money. It didn’t rain while we were there, although the sky was cloudy. We ended up buying our own entrance tickets because we wanted to see the baths & we were already there. The baths were open & there were other non english groups conducting tours. The baths are a must see if you’re interested in Ancient Rome. You take a risk booking with this company. If they can’t handle any threat of rain, they shouldn’t book tours during the rainy season of November. Apparently they haven’t heard of umbrellas, or they didn’t feel like going to work that day.
