Craft pasta dough from scratch and shape it into fettuccine and ravioli. You will have your choice of sauces to pair with the fettuccine, including pesto, tomato basil and cacio e pepe. Fill the ravioli with a rich buffalo ricotta stuffing and toss it in a tomato basil sauce. A decadent homemade tiramisu finishes the meal on a sweet note.
