The journey begins with a visit to the intriguing Catacombs, followed by a ride along the Appian Way, passing by historical sites such as the Villa of Maxentius and the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella.
Next, explore the Park of the Aqueducts and its remarkable remains, experiencing a breathtaking atmosphere in one of Rome’s most beautiful parks!
The tour includes a stop to savor traditional Roman cuisine and unwind in nature, right in the heart of the Eternal City, before setting off for one final nature immersion.
- In the days of Christmas , Easter and 1st of January the catacombs are closed.
- On Wednesdays the Catacombs of Saint Callixtus are closed, so we go to the Catacombs of Saint Sebastian
- To partecipate to the tour you need good cycling experience.
- The food stop can change due to holidays or special events.
- Not accessible for children under 12 years
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- If the Catacombs of Saint Callixtus or Catacombs of Saint Sebastian are closed we go to the Catacombs of Domitilla
- Not recommended for those who do not know ride a bike

Ride through History - For people comfortable with bike riding it was a wonderful experience. We were on many different kind of ground surfaces from pavement, cobblestones, and dirt that required constant attention to your surroundings. Also for short periods of time there was city traffic. Our guide Felipe was so good however, and we felt safe. The meal provided was a delightful repast. Seeing some of the countryside was great, and it was so nice to get out of the city.The stops along the way such as catacombs and aqua ducts were interesting. We would highly recommend the experience and if you get Felipe you will have a fantastic experience!

Appian Way and Aquaducts with Silvia - Silvia was knowledgeable set a pace that put us at ease and kept us safe. She was friendly and easy to talk with. The bikes were high quality and the meal was great. We enjoyed our 5 hour bike ride a lot. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the history and country side of Rome.

Super cool tour on thick tire ebikes. Definitely recommended - What a cool tour on the thick tire bikes. Silvia is a super cool tour guide. We drove in a group of 6 people + Silvia. Pace was easy to follow partly because of the good e-bikes and we got enough time to take pictures. The route was challenging but very doable. Anton and Silvia

Such a great experience! - So fun! We had such a great day and got to see parts of Rome that we wouldn’t have seen on foot or on any other tour. Our guide Silvia was great! She was very knowledgeable but also very in tune with each of us and helped some if us that needed extra time and assistance. We highly recommend this tour!

From the best experiences in Rome - One of the best activities we have done in Rome, the amazing catacombs and see how close to Rome there is so much nature and amazing areas, the Silvia guide can not be better, friendly and super well prepared for all doubts and questions, recommended 100%

Adventure of a Lifetime - Absolutely the highlight of this trip. Phillipe my tour guide, has incredible historical knowledge and road-saavy getting from point to point. I hadn’t ridden a bike in years much less ride an e-bike before this trip. Planned into the trip, was visiting the Catacombe di San Callisto housing (at one time) over 500k bodies, spanning over 14 Hectares (13 football fields!) underground. Later we dropped in to a aesthetic-pleasing Roman-local restaurant for a delish dining experience. In total, over 5 hours of rapturous beauty of the Eternal City away from the road traffic. Expect to be blown away by the adventure of a lifetime!

Out of the ordinary - Totally awesome. Very professional.
Eman our guide, knowledgable, fun and always checking that everyone was ok. Tips for riding on the cobbled Appian Way or if unsure just get off and push.
Safety of the group was always apparent.
Saw so many 'hidden gems'.
Food and drink were great.
Bikes very comfy and easy to use, fitted with good front and rear lights ( we returned from uor trip at night).
Can't recommend highly enoug.h

Wonderful tour - I can’t recommend this tour enough, it’s probably the best thing I’ve done in my week in Rome. This is a great activity for after a few days of spending time in museums to see the countryside. I really liked our tour guide and the fact that there was a small group. The only feedback I would give is that I wish it started earlier so that it wasn’t as dusk out, it is November and we started at 2 PM and by the time we got back, it was night time. So maybe it would’ve been better to do the 8 AM and see the whole countryside with daylight. Also be sure you’re there on time because I showed up at literally 2:01 for a 2:00 tour and was informed that the tour already departed 😂 bruh. They were kind in helping me get caught up with the group but maybe other ticket they should tell you to meet 10 minutes beforehand.
