Do this tour for ancient hilltop towns! - This is a great excursion. The bus is comfy but the drive is long. It is a great way to see both Oriveto and Bagnoreggio, two amazing hilltop towns, in one day. Orvieto’s Christmas Markets are in full swobg. Be prepared to walk a bit!

Mash up of culture, food, and history - Sonia was incredible! Full of energy, welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Luca was a fantastic driver, navigating through the small towns and roads. Made a long journey seem effortless and comfortable. We truly enjoyed Sonia as our guide because she took time to educate us and share with us the history and life of Italy. Can’t recommend her, Luca and the tour enough.

Great views - Francisca is awesome and did an excellent job of telling us about each place we visited. Loved her tips and suggestions regarding cafes. The driver was great and the ride was smooth except for the WiFi. That sucked! WiFi was not adequate to handle the number of people. Maybe you should replace the system with something stronger.

Don't miss this tour! - A long day but so worth it! There is a fair amount of walking and steep hills to be prepared for. But I have done this tour twice, and would do it again! Lunch is fabulous! Don't miss this tour.

Our guide , on the bus,Laura and the driver Teo were fabulous. Well organized, long day. Be prepared for a lot of walking, steps and incline to see Civita Di Bagnoregio. It was worth it!

Well organized,... - Well organized, comfortable coach and easy to get to meeting place by the metro. Guide and driver very good. The destinations are beautiful and historic. Unfortunately, the wine and food tasting lunch was mediocre.

Great tour. Some of the sights will astound you. - Fantastic day trip! Starting at 7:20am and ending at 7:30pm in Piazza Di Popoli. There was never a dull moment. The commentary from our guide, Francesca, was fantastic. Our driver was amazing too. The restaurant lunch was great but the tour highlights were the Tuscany scenery and the stops at Orvieto and Bagnoregio. The old town at Bagnoregio should be a UNESCO listed site. Google it before you take the trip. The organisation and logistics were first class and we arrived and left everywhere on time. A few people had naps on the bus between sites. Try to be fully rested when you take the tour so you don’t miss anything. The scenery is fantastic. I definitely recommend this tour.

Didn’t live up to expectations. - Promised to be marvellous but didn’t live up to expectation. Ovieto was lovely but we needed one and a half to 2 hours more. Lunch and wine tasting was tedious; several people asked for a glass or a bottle of wine with lunch but were refused. A short lunch break would be far better. Our guide, Fabrizio, and driver, Antonio were wonderful.

The towns we visited were... - The towns we visited were nice, but we weren’t overly impressed with the lunch or the stop at a giant touristy shopping store. The guide was not very helpful - don’t expect any kind of tour around the towns or anything, just about 60-90 minutes of free time to wander around.
