Beautiful scenery and experienced guide! - We had a wonderful time on this kayak tour through the mangroves in Tortola. It was so peaceful and serene kayaking through the groves and seeing ocean wildlife. Our guide was fantastic, born and raised on the island, and incredibly knowledgeable. He cares deeply about this place and is focused on its conservation. It was a highlight of our trip!

Best kayak experience - Amazing kayak experience. Our guide was educational & fun. One of the best experiences we’ve had kayaking. We did this excursion as part of our cruise stop. We were so happy the times were able to be changed to accommodate our times in port. Would definitely recommend!

Best Experience on our Caribbean Cruise. Make the best decision for your vacation, book Alex. - If you’re even thinking about doing a tour in Tortola while vacationing or stopping in on a cruise ship (We were on Norwegian) stop what you’re doing and book it with Alex. I went with my three kids (21, 19, and 15) and my wife (private group of 5) and this ended up being the highlight of our whole trip—like, not even close. Best experience of the entire Caribbean cruise. We kayaked and paddle-boarded (my 15 and 21 year old daughters dominated the paddleboards) through the mangroves, and it was just magic. Peaceful, super scenic, and way more educational than I expected in the best way. We saw these gorgeous jellyfish (totally harmless), learned all about how mangroves are like the unsung heroes of the ocean, spotted giant fish and even sharks (!), and honestly just had the most relaxing and fun time together. Alex was such a fantastic guide—super knowledgeable and has taken some of the top scientists around the world through these mangroves. He’s great with all ages, and clearly loves what he does. He made the whole thing feel special and personal, always making sure he knew the names of everyone in the group and keeping watch on us the whole time. It didn’t feel like a touristy checklist kind of thing at all. We really never wanted it to be over. I can’t recommend this enough. This wasn’t just an excursion—it was an actual experience like nothing you can have back home Easily the best thing we did on our family trip. Fantastic day on the water - Alex was a fantastic guide. His knowledge of the area and its wildlife was incredible. He sprinkled our paddle with tons of facts about the mangroves and island history.
