Absolutely Delicious - Thank you so much Apple. I totally enjoyed the trip to the market and your explanation of the variety of fresh food. I made the Stir Fried Thai Aubergine with Sweet Basil which was absolutely delicious, as were the dishes made by everyone. thank you once again and I hope to see you again when I am in Khao Lak.

Loved our afternoon with Apple - Great from pick up (in the new car!) to our hotel to drop off. Cooking was fun, flavoursome and pretty easy. Pad Thai, chicken & cashew & panang curry. Plus the amazing spring rolls - savoury and sweet. The 3 of us had Apple and her assistants all to ourselves at her amazing kitchen surrounded by greenery. We even tasted some unusual local fruits.

Thank You Apple - fabulous cookery course - Our 2 17 year olds took Apple’s morning cookery course. Extremely professional and good value, easy booking and prompt pick up from hotel by Apple herself. The girls enjoyed their visit to the food market to learn about and pick up the ingredients needed. They had a blast learning to cook the dishes (that they had been able to choose in advance from Apple’s extensive list). Apple was fun, informative and professional. The girls loved trying the fruits and ingredients that Apple grows herself and were impressed with her eco-credentials. Lunch shared between the students was delicious. Very highly recommended.

A Must Do! - We had a great time and ate some fabulous Thai food. I’m not a cook but Apple was patient and answered all my questions. We even made curry paste from scratch! The venue is peaceful and welcoming. Apple even picked us up at our hotel. If you are doing a class choose this one! The private class was great!

Brilliant Authentic Thai Cooking Experience - Apple arrived right on time for our pick up from our resort... Then off to the local market where she shared her extensive knowledge of the foods available... Next off to her kitchen, where our ingredients were all ready to go. When you book you choose the meal you want to lean to cook, we choose a Red Duck Curry and Satay Chicken... The 2 other ladies were cooking a Thai Chicken Salad and Sticky Rice with Mango.. we all learnt to make each meal... We also made two types of spring rolls, savoury and sweet. Apple and her girls were so attentive and professional, always checking we were ok... The food was so yummy (of course! We cooked it 🤣) then we were chauffeured back to our resort... We can't thank Apple enough for her time and look forward to getting the recipes soon! Thank you again!!

A Must in Khaolak - Thai Cooking Class - Wonderful experience with Thai cuisine. Apple is a perfect hostess and can explain and give tips very well! Thanks for allowing me to participate!

Thai Cooking - for everyone - The day starts with a visit to the local Point of Sale where Apple explains about the many local specialities and purchases for the dishes you have chosen to make from the list that is sent in advance. Fat you can choose what you want to learn to do. Then you arrive at a nice kitchen (outdoors but in shelter for possible rain) - where you prepare for cooking. Everyone makes their own right and besides this one learns how to make spring rolls - The course is highly recommended - also with children.

Great - We loved our whole experience with a very knowledgeable Apple. Learning about Thai cooking and experiencing the process from Apple was fantastic. A must for any Foodie. Thank you

Amazing - Apple and her girls were so lovely and the food was amazing!! The three of us learnt how to cook the green curry and panag curry with tofu and the stir fried tofu and aubergine and it was all amazing!! Can’t wait to cook at home! Her studio is very impressive and modern and we loved the market trip to explore new ingredients! Definitely would recommend if visiting Khao Lak ❤️

Fun, delicious and hot! - Loved going to the market. Learning about the different fruits and vegetables. Tasting delicious fried jackfruit. The drive to Apple's place was was beautiful with so many palm trees in rows. It was fun making the dishes and Apple was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly. As it is low season, we were the only ones in the coming class so it was a private class. We had some food allergies and Apple was very flexible accommodating us.
