Incredible private boating experience! - This is a great tour. We were absolutely blown away by the great views, the friendly service and the information provided by our tour guide Tommy. We were a group of 9 people including 2 teenagers and 1 senior. Please be warned that parking in Riomaggiore (the village from which this tour departs) is limited and you will likely need to wait about 30 mins to find a spot, at least in August. However, the private boat waited for us even though we were about 12 to 13 mins late. However, once we stepped into Tommy’s boat, all worries melted away and we just settled in for a very comfortable time. Tommy put on a fabulous music playlist and then showed us each village along the Cinque Terre route and pointed out the specialities of each. We also had time for some time to swim which was great for us all! All in all, this was a fantastic experience! Many many thanks, Tommy!

Perfect way to see the ... - Perfect way to see the five Cinque Terre villages. The boat was clean and our ‘captain’ Tommy was excellent, giving us the right amount of information and was very easy to chat to.

A great experience - We had a private tour with Tommy who was warm, friendly & knowledgeable- not to mention he allowed us to play DJ 🎶 playing our own choices of music! It was a great way to spend 2.5 hrs viewing all of the 5 regions from the sea. A really beautiful day which I would highly recommend!

Boat Tour of 5 BEAUTIFUL Towns - Stella Boat Tours out if the Riomaggiore marina was so easy to get to - convenient! Also, the boat was beautiful, clean & we felt safe on our tour of the Cinque Terra coastline & 5 villages . We saw the 5 unique & colorful towns and enjoyed Prosecco on our 2.5 hour afternoon tour! We very much enjoyed how our boat captain, Christian, shared facts & area history in perfect English. Grazie for an exceptional boat tour

What Customer Service Really Is - We were contacted the day of our tour and asked if moving the start time from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM would be a problem. When we arrived for our 2:00 tour the boat operator/tour guide indicated that due to a lack of participants, the owner would give us the option of canceling or joining the 5:00 PM tour. When we indicated to the operator/tour guide that we had already agreed to start time change and were now concerned that the 5:00 PM tour might also be cancelled, he called the owner and convinced him to honor the 2:00 tour time which resulted in us getting a private tour. The operator/tour guide displayed what customer service really is by first listening to our concerns, advocating on our behalf to the owner and providing us with an exceptional private tour. For those business owners who read this review, take note that customer service is not just being polite or pretending to be concerned or empathetic with the customers situation, but taking the necessary steps to provide an equal or better service experience or product.

0 communication - Terrible communication! Got to the spot and no one was here, we are assuming the tour was cancelled but we were not informed in advance. No one at the designated spot and no one answered their phone to confirm - ridiculous!! Would not recommend. Seriously how hard is it to send an email!

Horrible experience!!! - The tour guide was the rudest person I’ve ever met. The boat and views were beautiful but unfortunately it was ruined by the tour guide cursing us out and refusing to provide us more wine after 9 people shared one bottle. Also, they started 20 minutes late and then took us back to the dock 20 minutes early, cutting our tour short by 40 minutes. Would not recommend, the staff are rude. Go at tour own risk.

Very upset worse experience of our memorable trip - Standing around waiting for two hours and no email saying it was canceled. We assume canceled as we were in the spot waiting and no yellow coats. No toilet. No internet service. A cafe helped us use their wifi to check if we got email. Nothing. Great way to ruin our 50th wedding anniversary trip. 😭
