The path leading to the Rio Seco waterfall starts on the Toco Main Road, just past the bridge over the Rio Seco River near Sally Bay. A sign on the main road marks the beginning of the hike. Hikers can start from the main road or drive about 2 kilometers along a rural road to commence the hike further inland.
