Great tour. Winery and people at the winery, Samuel and Tamara were amazing. - Make sure you know exactly where to meet up for meeting place. Viator sent me 2 places and we missed our ride nd they said driver would not wait for us so weended up paying for a taxi $$$$$ to get to the winery.

I found it to be a very charming visit. - The experience was very satisfactory. The visit to the winery and then dinner in the vineyards. The dinner location was spectacular, the dinner was very good and abundant, you can't eat everything, and the wines were very good.

A MUST DO - Marco, our tour guide to the winery, was so informative! Simone was a WONDERFUL tour guide at the winery! We got to taste as well as smell balsamic and cannot go back to store bought. We got to try truffle olive oil and homemade lasagna. The meal was wonderful and we tried 4 types of wine. I don't like wine and I found a white I really enjoy.

Great experience - Fantastic experience despite the fact it rained and we were forced indoors. The winery and host were amazing and the food and wines were simply delicious. Would have been five star but the bus driver and host on the bus trip from Florence had zero personality simply ticked off the fact that you were there and told us what was fir dinner nothing like hosts on other wine tours we gave done that were informative and fun.

Buscaría una mejor opción - All the time they try to sell us wine. The tour guide was a mess. The van was so noisy that we couldn’t listen the tour guide and the microphone was a disaster too.

Beautiful vineyard - Giovanni the driver was on time and very pleasant. Unfortunately, somewhere in the booking aviator/tour co they made a mistake with a reservation. After driving 45 min past the vineyard to the next pick up station which was supposed to be another couple and it was actually a family of 7. Only 5 available seats in the van. Gio took us and 5 then went back for the other two. To end the evening we had to stay at the vineyard past closing to allow him to take them back to there place and then turn around and get us. He took us directly to our hotel which was nice. However, from the time dinner ended until will got back to our hotel was 2 hours. It was 12 am. The vineyard was lovely and the staff amazing. But again they weren’t prepared for this many so the graciously scrambled to fulfill the evening. The wines and balsamic were wonderful. We bought some and they will ship it to the states for us. Appetizer antipasto and first course lasagna were delicious. Second course was average chicken and sausage.

More of a sales pitch than a tour-didn't meet expectations - Nothing was mentioned in tour description that we would all be dropped off on our own for an hour in a touristy town while they went to pick up other people for the tour. The bus didn't have wifi as was advertised and you are on it for over 2 hours. Dinner in the vineyard was in a beautiful setting but it felt like we were being forced to listen to a very long sales pitch on the wine (which they ship to the us "for free" but prices start at 50eu per bottle). The food served at dinner was the only bad food we've eaten in Italy. The lasagna tasted like it was cooked hours before and served as a vehicle for tasting for their truffle oil and chilli pepper oil (which they also ship for exorbitant prices) and some of the meats were too tough to cut with a knife. IF you have never been to a wine tasting and don't know how to taste wine, and want to be instructed on everything from how to hold the glass, how to swirl the wine, how big of a sip to take and for how long, and how to recognize the flavors, and don't care about having conversation with your dinner companions, then this may be the right tour for you. Unfortunately we didn't appreciate the constant chatter about the tasting or the sales pitch that endured throughout the entire dinner. It felt like a time share pitch. This was not a relaxing or enjoyable dinner. But the setting was gorgeous and we got to see some beautiful scenery on the way to dinner!

Very disappointed - I was very disappointed that it was not held outside! Said it had rained and it hadn’t and not did it. Our host was nice but it was all very rushed and at the end of the evening we were rushed out! It included no outdoor even photo opportunity!

BAD TOUR - Aweful. The tour bus took us to a castle and we were late. Arriving after sunset, raining so dinner was inside and crowded with about 45 people. The court and cellar were too dark to see anything. The food was just ok, wine was sparse. DO MOT DO GHIS TOUR!
