Melissa nailed it - Melissa and the driver kp did a fantastic job. We got a very good picture of Richmond past and present. The trolley was warm and comfortable enough. Melissa’s voice could be heard well over the din of the trolley since she had a good speaker system.

A great place to take your visiting friends and learn more about the city you live! - I'm from Greensboro visiting a friend who has lived in Richmond most her life. When I travel I like to learn about the places I go and even though I love VA I have never been to Richmond. This tour was so interesting and full of historical facts about the founding of our country. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and his delivery was biographical stories. My friend really enjoyed learning some facts about their city as well.

Great information - Great informative tour. Thank you for turning on the heat on the chilly morning tour. It was nice tour, if visiting Richmond from out of state

Great Introduction to Richmond - Daniel did a great job! We learned so much about the history of Richmond and got an overview of everything the city has to offer. We even started a list of places we want to see on our next trip. I highly recommend the tour for you and old.

Informative! - The amount of information Melissa shared about Richmond’s history. We have a good understanding of Richmond’s development . Melissa spoke clearly and loudly enough. I wish the bus slowed down enough to snap a photo of the building she was talking back.

Good experience. - Very informative. Melissa and the driver were both friendly and professional. Good tour of Richmond's neighborhoods. Could use padding on the seats.

Trolley Tour - Interesting and Entertaining - Even though I've lived in Richmond for a few years, the tour went to places I haven't seen before and I learned more about the history of the city than I knew. I took the tour with people who were new to Richmond and they also enjoyed the tour.

A must do if you come to Richmond Virginia - A little bumpy, but that's richmond's roads. The tour guide was very informative about richmond. Suggestions, don't set in the back or the bus. Exhaust fumes and heat of the engine, plus bumpy. Really enjoyed seeing the historical sites. Highly recommend to do this on your first day kind of give you an idea of what you might want to go look for as far as Museum tours and other areas to walk through. The walking bridge across the water from a higher Vantage looks really cool. It's a must do if you come to Richmond.

Nice tour but room for improvement - It was a good tour but had an extreme amount of historical information that was impossible to absorb. Also, our narrator had a very loud voice and the microphone amplified it to an uncomfortable level.

Tour Guide very knowledgeable - We really liked the tour and tour guide but were expecting more history of Richmond than we got. Sit was very comprehensive tour of the sections of Richmond which was nice but we didn’t go to any historic battle sites for instance. We did go by the White House and St. John’s but when we went through the parts of Richmond we learned more about the architecture than when it was settler and by whom. This is very specific to what we where looking for so others may like it better than we did.
