A bouncy ride to some great views. - It was a great adventure. I took a while to find the orca pod, but when we did, the crew did a great job of spotting, explaining, and entertaining us.

Gold standard! - I very rarely write reviews. But there is just no way I could skip the opportunity to gush about how amazing our trip was with you. Brandon was so knowledgeable, charming and easy to listen to. The trip was magical. I thought this was a "bucket list" kind of event but I am already planning a second visit to take different family members. Price was reasonable, staff was amazing and we can't thank you enough.

Marine life galore - Terrific day on the water. We saw California sea lions, Steller sea lions, Harbor seals, two pods of Orcas, a Grey whale and a Bald eagle in its nest. We watched the Orcas for 20-30 minutes. The guides were terrific. Highly recommend

A Life time dream came true today! - Its worth going to Richmond on the shuttle rather than just getting in a Harbour tour boat because its such a cute little village by the wharf! The bus driver was so informative and hilarious and they are so welcoming when you get there! The guids on the boat were so involved and informative they took their time to let us really enjoy when we found both the orcas and the Grey whale! The boat ride was fun too and seeing Stanley Park from the ocean was cool too:) 😎 what a fabulous experience my son and I had we will cherish those memories and that day for a lifetime! THANK YOU Sincerely, Lisa and Jasper!

A great day and thanks ! - Thank you Brendan, James and the Captain for an excellent, enjoyable and well organised day. The crew kept going deeper and for longer than advertised into the channels to ensure we were able to see a group of 5 Orcas, and there was plenty of time to observe them. Also Bald eagles, sea lions , and plenty of other wildlife. Very attentive crew and plenty of useful information. In my view (see review below) you have to put your trust in the professionals on these excursions as they are trying to ensure the best overall experience. Thank you - I would recommend them highly.

Bucket list trip - done! - The trip was everything I dreamed it would be! We saw Eagles, Sea lions, and the team made sure we also saw T-99 pod of Orcas by being out for five hours on the boat. Thank you so much

Mixed experience – Disappointing choices despite a great welcome - We took part in this whale-watching excursion off the coast of Vancouver in September 2025. First of all, I want to highlight the positive aspects: • a warm and friendly welcome, • clear and well-organized logistics (meeting point, boarding, explanations), • a pleasant and professional crew, • the guide on board took the time to speak with each passenger individually, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was spoiled by a questionable decision made by the crew. While sailing, we spotted several whales extremely close to the boat, breaching and making large splashes — an absolutely breathtaking sight just a few meters away. Many passengers (around 20 to 30 of us on board) were amazed and clearly wanted to go back and observe them. Surprisingly, the crew decided not to turn back, telling us that we would experience an even “bigger surprise” further away. As non-experts, we trusted their judgment. After a long journey, we finally reached a distant area where we were told that a group of around fifteen or more orcas was present. In reality, we only saw dorsal fins in the distance, with no remarkable behavior. We stayed there for nearly an hour and a half, and the disappointment was clearly felt among the passengers. Many of us would have much preferred returning to see the whales we had already witnessed breaching so close to the boat. What was most frustrating was the feeling that passengers’ opinions were not taken into account at all. We had traveled from the other side of the world and paid for this excursion to have a memorable experience, yet it seemed that the crew’s personal choice outweighed the visitors’ expectations, even though they have the opportunity to see these animals regularly. An experience like this should primarily aim to meet the expectations of paying guests, not impose a unilateral decision without listening. In summary: • great welcome and organization, • but poor route and viewing choices, • lack of consideration for passengers’ preferences, • a frustrating experience despite huge potential. I would not recommend this tour and, if possible, would suggest choosing another company that is more attentive to its guests’ expectations.
