Pleasant Day w/Reliable Transporation - We spent a very satisfying day exploring the harbor village section of Symi, then hopped back on the catamaran to venture around to the other side of the island and spend time viewing the icon and the grounds. The catamaran simply provided transporation to and from Symi. Everything was well communicated. If I had 1 complaint it would be that there was not enough seating with good air circulation up top. Plenty of seating overall, but stifling if you tried to get out of the sun. Well done.

Well worth it! - Sat inside going to Symi seating is plentiful and comfortable. Crew very friendly and helpful. They also allowed a shop keeper from the island to board the vessel to find a shop lifter!!!!

Rude call center - The girl at the call center (today 18:00 local time) had no desire to help us and was rude for no reason. For information, it is better to contact the staff directly at the port.

Terrible Crammed like Sardines free for all for seats waste of money - The staff were friendly however the boat is absolutely rammed packed full like sardines, it is a free for all for seats, with everyone queuing up but then everyone jumping the queue in front of each other, there is no organisation, the seats are extremely uncomfortable and there is a constant smell of fuel

Over booked - We booked the trip from an agent at our hotel, we where told that this was a relaxing and easy day. No comments on the transfer, easy and effective, but I must say that the operators of the boat might considder not to overbook the otherwise nice boat. It was absolutely impossiple to find a seat.

Horrible - We thought of having a nice day trip to Simy with a fast boat, but it was terrible. If you sit outside on the boat, you die from the stench, and once you arrive on the island, you're done after 2 hours. But we were there for 5 hours. The boat was supposed to arrive at 6:15 PM, but it showed up at 6:50 PM. Outside, you're melting away. Finally, the boat arrives, and then it's a mad rush to get in - no order, just pushing and shoving to get inside. Once was enough, never again.

Bad customer service! - The bus arrived 20 minutes late and then there was only standing room! Complained afterwards to Apollo who contacted the company, they said there should be 63 seats and 42 passengers. This was a pure lie. Many stood all the way to the boat!!
