Great small group tour - We were so lucky with the weather to make this tour even more enjoyable. Great driver/guide who engaged with us throughout the day. The itinerary was well paced with sufficient time to go off wandering at each stop.

Martin, the guide, was excellent - Martin, our guide was excellent. Throughout the tour he imparted huge amounts of knowledge to us about Iceland's geology and history. The tour ran smoothly (apart from when some of the other tour members returned to the wrong car park at one site!). We had sufficient time at each stop, including plenty of time at Gullfoss where there is a clothing and souvenir shop (and a restaurant if you haven't brought lunch with you).

Golden circle win - Marcelo was an excellent guide on our golden circle tour. He worked hard to ensure we were comfortable, able to see the sights with ease and also a little bit of adventure, and was great at sharing information about the country and areas. We truly enjoyed our day tour!

Fabulous day out - We enjoyed yhe tour very much. Walking between the North American and European continents was special. Gullfoss waterfall was spectacular. Saw Stokkur erupt a few times and the volcano crater was great. Andres was a skillful driver, informative guide, funny and engaging.

Great day on the Circle - Vjeran was a great guide and made our tour very educational and enjoyable. The van held 19 and was comfortable. Beautiful views of the countryside. Rain gear was great to have along for the mist on the waterfall stop.

Tour golden circule - Very good tour, picked us up at the place we indicated. A little late to pick us up but the Guide was very attentive and explained us about Icelandic history. Very accessible. The only bad thing is that it took us long to pick everything up. But highly recommended tour and Guide VJERAN excellent

Not worth the money - The tour was too short and rushed. Although we visited some amazing places and witnessed spectacular scenery, the time allocated to each place is limited and you cannot really enjoy it. You have to run to see things. Moreover, we arrived back almost two hours earlier than we were initially informed. The price is just too high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it. I would just rent a car instead.

Terrible tour company. - Arctic Adventures are a bunch of cheats! Do not take this company anywhere. We were booked from a cruise ship, and contacted then that the ship will be a few minutes late. We rushed to the meeting place within 10mins of the agreed time, and there was a no show of the van. Had to call their support number (expensive phone call in Iceland as we were on an overseas roaming plan, go thru many automated options even before reaching a real person) just to be told that the driver couldn't wait and had taken off. No mention of even a partial refund. I have noticed that in Cruise Critic roll calls there have been several similar instances reported about this company recently. Wish I had done some more research then I would not have booked with the. Just beware. It may work if you're in a hotel, but if you're coming into Reykjavic by cruise ship, just don't book with them. They seem incapable of looking at the ship's docking schedule and arrange pick-up accordingly. Very unprofessional.
