A must in Iceland - Wow the ritual is amazing! Loved that this also included pickup from BSI and the driver dropped us back at our hotel!

Incredible experience. - Incredible experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon and the 7 step ritual. We did not do the cold plunge. I put my legs in up to my knees and that was enough. It is a little confusing on what you are supposed to do, so ask if not sure. We showered after the salt scrub and then did the steam room but I think you are supposed to do the steam room and then shower. We relaxed in the lagoon and bought some beer and wine. It is not cheap but worth the expense.

This is a must see while... - This is a must see while in Iceland. I spent 4 hours here and would’ve come back the following day if my schedule allowed. The facility is so clean and beautifully designed. I spent about an hour in the lagoon before embarking on the ritual, which took about 30 mins. I felt so relaxed afterwards and the sauna view is one of the most beautiful that I’ve seen.

Disappointed in transfers - The Sky Lagoon excelled as expected. However, the transfers were confusing and not what we expected. In previous Viator experiences, we were picked up either at our hotel or a centralized location and dropped off at our destination. In this experience, we received a text the day before stating the transport would pick us up at bus stop 9 and gave us a link to directions to the bus stop. Unfortunately, the link didn’t work. I emailed back stating where we were staying and that the link to the directions didn’t work. The email I received back did not address the concerns. Fortunately, I was able to google bus stop #9, but didn’t know which side of the street I was supposed to be on. Again, fortunately, we chose correctly. Once the bus picked us up, we were dropped at a centralized terminal to pick up yet another bus. It was confusing at first, as we thought it was a proper bus terminal. Once we figured out where we needed to be, we just had to wait. This process was so convoluted, we opted to taxi back. Disappointed in the transfer and in Reykjavík Excursions. If we were to go again, we would book directly with Sky Lagoon and a round trip taxi.

Do yourself a favor! - Definitely one of the highlights of our short stay in Reykjavik and visiting it on day one was the perfect way to recover from the long red-eye flight. Not crowded at all. We loved the fact that we could take our time enjoying the 7-Step Ritual. Definitely worth a return visit.

The Sky Lagoon experience... - The Sky Lagoon experience was amazing, very relaxing and the views stunning. The pick up & drop off was organised well and the driver helpful. Sadly one staff member @ Sky Lagoon in the ladies changing room was very rude to me, And this is not the way paying customers should be treated. I was told to take my shoes off, she raised her voice, told me I could not undress in the bathroom and should rather leave, very unpleasant experience and I will be formally conplaining to Sky Lagoon Management…

The Sky Lagoon is overall... - The Sky Lagoon is overall a nice enough spot, the water is relaxingly warm and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a pretty gimmick. I liked the dry sauna until they sprayed tons of essential oils onto the hot stones, making it borderline impossible to breathe. I also saw no warnings anywhere for people sensitive to essential oils. The pool is swarmed with people glued to their phones - scrolling and taking photos, videos all the time - sometimes even in the changing rooms and the showers. A lot of guests are impossibly loud and have no idea how to behave in a sauna - far from the relaxing experience it should be. If you want a truly relaxing experience for a fraction of a price, just go to one of the local pools around the city - cheap, quiet, no phones allowed, proper saunas included in the price. The transfer is handled decently, but our driver on the way back kept cracking really bad jokes aaaaaall the way to Reykjavík.

Return bus sketchy - Sky Lagoon was great. They picked us up on time but when we got through, there was no bus to take us back and we were given no information about how to find the bus so we ended up having to take a taxi. Recommend the sky Lagoon not so sure about the Tour operator

Transportation instructions are wrong - The departure information is very confusing. When they say departure starts 30 minutes ahead, they mean it leaves 30 minutes ahead. When you try to work with Viator they say it was the third party’s instructions and there isn’t anything they can do.
