Great Whale watching experience - highly recommended! - Great trip, lucky with the weather. Sightings of Frodo (hump back whale), plus 2 porpoises. Clear enthusiastic commentary. Only slight quibble, the introduction had already started upon arrival (a lot of people hadn't yet arrived - we were well on time), doesn't detract from a great experience though!

I give the whale watching 4 stars. They... -
I give the whale watching 4 stars. They keep a good distance from the whales, so the few we saw were fairly far away. You could see a tail flip or a fin, but it was not the most exciting. At least we saw some! The WWR was great. A few decent rapids and the guides made it very fun. Games with the kids and cliff jumping were nice surprises. My only complaint is that it was a long day and by the end of the 2 tours, we were hungry, tired, and ready day to get back to the hotel. However, there were a group of young guys on our tour who were offered a beer tasting option at the end, and our driver told us we could not leave until they were ready and it may be at least 45 min. A bunch of us who had dinner reservations and/or children with us were not happy to essentially be held hostage at this place for close to another hour. I finally explained our situation to the beer drinkers and asked if they could move things along. Thankfully, they were accommodating, but people who sign up for this tour should be aware that this is something they push at the end
