Worth the money. - This 48 hour pass was fantastic. Not only do you gain access to a bunch of locations, including museums, but you also receive unlimited bus rides and a ferry ride to Videy Island. Some reviews mentioned that the buses were difficult, but I thought it's one of the best transportation systems I've been on. You go on the straeto website, input you starting location and destination, and it gives you several options and a map. Then most bus stops have an electronic banner which states how many minutes until it arrives, plus you can track the bus on the websites live view. Very simple. Great experiences. Worth the money.

Great for discounts! - I probably didn’t use it as efficiently as I could have, but it was good. More planning on my side, was really needed.

Touring Reykjavík - Easy to use for museums and the bus. Even though some museums weren’t on the included list, they would often gave us a discount. It was worth the money especially to visit some of the small museums. We also used it for the ferry to Videy Island.

Great Value - I purchased the 48 hour card and used it to get free entry at the Maritime Museum, Settlement Centre, National Museum of Iceland and Árbær Open Air Museum. It also gives free bus rides on Reykjavik's buses something which was particularly helpful when getting to and from Árbær. Definitely recommend.

48 hour card - Good value. About as expected. Maritime Museum was a great experience. Thermal pool was a little too far.

Great value - This was great. Probably cut our total cost by 35%. Most the attractions that this gets you into for free are open from 10am to 5pm local time. There are several other attractions open after 5pm get offer a discount with the card.

An amazing value - If you are going to be spending time in Reykjavik, you want this card for your stay (I did 48 hours). Entry to the places you want to go, bus rides to get there, and great savings.

Better for Non-Tourists - We enjoyed the City Card and having access to public transportation! We visited a few art museums and were able to navigate to Sky Lagoon via the bus system. I likely wouldn’t do this again, just due to the price and because we didn’t really use it to the full potential.

pays for itself in a couple uses😉 - Museums were full of interesting exhibits and educational little known facts. Easy access with the card. We were at the end of our time in iceland and will need to come again to take advantage of all the options. Would have been more advantageous if we learned the bus system to go everywhere my learning curve wasn't on my agenda🤣
