Very nice experience, loved it!! 😍 - Really nice trip!!! Clean boat with an amzing crew members. Very informative guide, and they also give you a dry overall if you need, against cold and rain if it happens. We had a good trip, unfortunately only seen a short glimpse of the aurora borealis, but still was amazing, and would go again! Also they give you the option to rebook and join for an other tour for FREE, if you don’t see the northern lights. This has to be requested by email, its an easy process. Overall, it was a supernice trip with super people!!! Enjoyed it!!

Great experience! - We just enjoyed the experience so much and thought that the crew was so great! We did the whale watching in the morning and then came back for the Northern Lights. Everything was great and parking was easy. I do wish they had given us the appropriate time to come back for the Northern Lights. We stood and waited for 1.25 hours, when that time could have been used to eat dinner or walk around Reykjavik. Otherwise, it was great.

Aurora in its glory. - Amazing experience. Friendly tour team. The location of the boat was difficult to navigate, but once onboard the tour team stayed out to ensure that we did get to see the lights and we were not disappointed. Being a blanket as it does get cold.

Overall, very good - We were all very excited to take the ship out into to the bay to see Northern Lights, unfortunately it was not our time. Although the company offered to continue taking us out until we seen them, the only night that was perfectly clear, they chose not to show themselves. For that and that reason only, we were all pretty disappointed. We did know there was always that chance and we chose to take it :-( Because we never did see them, we were told our tickets are valid for the rest of our lives when we return to Iceland again. Patrick, the narrator, did an absolutely phenomenal job. He not only explained what and where we should focus our sights but he also interacted with the guests. He seemed to be very knowledgable on the scientific portion of what creates the Northern Lights. Would definitely recommend with keeping in mind, there's always the possibility of them not appearing.

Communication good, but poor weather meant trip cancelled. - It was cancelled twice due to bad weather, IE snow. This weather is very typical, but if professional generally puts likelihood of seeing n.lights then we have to go with it. Make sure you check email several hours and times before trip.

Northern lights - It's fine, but i do not go again. It's to many people ( no spaces sit down). Not many spaces to stand up. I understand we need information about safety. But i think it's too much. And sometimes i couldn't hear about what talking guide ( about trip, about safety, so was not clearly). We didn't been lucky to see much of Northern lights, what it's understandable

Terrible - Bad experience, they canceled the tour and didn't even warned. They put a notice on the office door that the cruise was canceled and there was no one to speak to and we weren't even notified.
