A beautiful experience - Magnificent experience. Transport from the nearest bus stop #3 was straightforward. Pick up was from 2130 hrs till 2200. The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable on the Northern Lights and the solar system. We went to 4 different locations and we manage romaine lights at all 4! l

Magical! - We were picked up from our hotel and had a very comfortable drive to the viewing point where there were WCs and hot chocolate available. Our guide Steiner was absolutely amazing forgive me if the spelling is incorrect! She was the most informative and interesting person and made us all feel at ease and the whole experience was magical! We were lucky enough to see the lights on our first stop and we didn’t need to stop anywhere further, just to add after we saw them the snow was very heavy so this is also another reason we didn’t stop anywhere else. But we didn’t need to as it was completely perfect and magical and we didn’t require anything further we stayed there for over an hour maybe it was 2 hours but you do not notice time as the experience is so magical and we witnessed the most amazing clear sky, stars and light show! The snow was fell and the sky was breathtaking. Our guide was absolutely amazing and played our song requests to keep the coach entertained and we were blown away with her knowledge of the northern lights! Would highly recommend thank you so much!

Our guide so patient - we... - Our guide so patient - we didn’t have a lot of hope to see the lights even though the solar activity was high, the rain and the clouds made us doubtful. But he knew the spot outside the city, waited for the clouds to disappear and boom! there it was amazing aurora light. We could even see the green with our eyes. 11/10 would recommend this.

You pay extra to be... - You pay extra to be picked up and dropped off at a school xtra location. They picked up ok but drop off was across and down the road. They he tour was good but over crowded with large bus trying to get on and off. And step was a little high. The staff did do a excellent job finding the best places to see the lights

Bad experience - I should preface by saying that the tour guide and driver were great, and they did their best to keep a positive attitude and make the experience enjoyable. Vicky the viking was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and tried her best to keep us entertained despite a lack of anything. I also understand that this is a gift from NATURE and that nothing is guaranteed. My problem lies with the company itself. The bus was extremely late for pickup, which was frustrating be ause it meant we were potentially missing time to see anything, and we’d arrive back later than expected. Also, the multitude of buses from the same company all arriving at the same location were hardly labeled differently making the boarding process even more frustrating. Also, the weather was very predictably awful for this, as in I could do a quick google search and tell you that. Yet rather than allow us to cancel and refund/reschedule, they sent us out anyways, and it was obviously to just prioritize making money. I even messaged someone a couple hours before inquiring about the conditions because I noticed it was cloudy on the day, and they responded with, “Trip is on, which means chances of seeing the lights are GOOD.” (Yeah ok) i could tell immediately it was unlikely with my own two eyes, and on top of a quick google search, it is so easy to tell whether or not anything is going to happen, and yet curiously the company seems to not have access to anything I did, it was QUITE strange… Do not do this, or if you do, research the weather yourself before booking. Again, tour guide Vicky and driver Eugene were great, it’s the company itself that is horrible and should not earn a prnny more from this.
