We saw what we wanted to... - We saw what we wanted to see. On the Golden Circle part of the excursion information was good and we were prepared for what we needed to know in terms of clothing and where to go to get the bus. Information given during the tour was adequate, but not as detailed as I expected.
I was not given enough information concerning how to go from the Golden Circle Tour to the Blue Moon Lagoon Tour. If I had been told exactly what the bus looked like going to the Blue Lagoon and that the one ticket for the excursion would be recognized both for the Golden Circle tour and the Blue Lagoon a lot of anxiety would have been avoided. Go through that building and get the bus to the Blue Lagoon is not enough information for travelers not experienced with Iceland.

Golden Circle + Blue Lagoon Tour excellent but transportation to and from cruise ship sketchy - Great tour with good guide. The pickup at the cruise ship terminal in Reykjavík was a bit chaotic but otherwise a good tour. There was also some confusion on getting us back from Blue Lagoon to the cruise terminal but after asking nicely the Blue Lagoon bus driver agreed to take us back to the cruise terminal but felt a reluctance.

Nice trip but beware of the return - The trip was informative, and the guide Karen was great. The Blue Lagoon was a nice relaxing end to a long day. The only complaint is that they were not going to drop us back to our hotel because of some new rule. They did not have a way for us to get from their new drop off point to our hotel where we were picked up. They basically told us we were on our own. If they have a new restrictions about drop offs , they should provide transportation for the final leg, not drop us off leaving us to scramble. Luckily the bus driver was getting off and volunteered to take up back to the original pickup point.

beautiful lagoon with... - beautiful lagoon with towels, lockers, mud mask, drink etc. we went at 5PM and it was very windy so it wasnt as pleasant as it could have been.

Need better communications and clearer instructions - The locations were exactly what was described. The issue we had was with the poor communication from the get go. The pick up spot was not clearly stated and when we did figure it out and arrived to the place, it was a little bit of chaos. Viator and

Messages but the response was not clear. The signs and buses were not very clearly stated. Also, the blue g lagoon portion was the best part, but it was left to the very last with very little time. What should have been a 2 hour experience was only
Done in 45 minutes. Then we had to figure out how to make our way back to the port because again it wasn’t very clearly stated to us need to work on better communication with clients especially for the amount of money we spent. Buses were good quality

Stranded at the BSI Bus Station - We booked the 13-hour Golden Circle Tour after flying in from the U.S., hoping to make the most of our short time before boarding our cruise the next day. We were pleased that hotel transfers were included and had no issues storing our luggage at the hotel beforehand.
The tour itself was fine until the return trip to the terminal, when confusion set in about our transfer to the Blue Lagoon. Our guide couldn't give us a clear answer but reassured us it was "taken care of" and that we'd be transferred to another bus, which would then return us to our hotel later that evening.
However, the new bus driver didn't have our names on the list, and by then our original guide had left. While we did manage to get back to the terminal, the driver told us someone would meet us at 11:15 pm to bring us back to the hotel. No one ever showed up.
We were left to walk two miles back to our hotel, in the middle of the night, carrying heavy backpacks after being awake for 36 hours.
When I contacted the company to express my frustration and request a refund, I was told they had sent a message via TripAdvisor less than 24 hours before the tour, informing us we would not have a return transfer. Unfortunately, we had no access to email at that time, and the guide never informed us of any change. Worse, we were not given any options for getting back to our hotel.
The company denied the refund, citing a policy that allows for changes to routes, drop-off points, and schedules, which they claim don't qualify for compensation.
If you book this excursion with this company, be aware that transfer details may change at the last minute, and you could be left on your own late at night. I strongly recommend arranging a backup transfer just in case.

Very disappointing - I am very disappointed as I went on the Golden Circle day trip on Monday 12th May & only completed half a day due to an issue on the day. I spoke to the Revkavik Sightseeing office in person on the day who said he would pass the information on. I followed this up with an email & was told I would get a reply within 2 weeks. No reply received yet so I wrote again and a reply they would look into it to which I am still waiting. Whilst visiting the Blue Lagoon was excellent my complaint is the tour was NOT completed.

The bus didn't come! Total failure!Zero points is unfortunately not possible - Unlike other providers, I had to - and was - be at the pickup point 30 minutes BEFORE departure. 40 minutes AFTER the time had still not been picked up.
So 70 minutes of pointless waiting, the trip completely cancelled, a lost holiday day.
VITOR responded quickly to my error message after the waiting period was canceled, but according to the announcement it takes 14 days to clarify. I'm waiting for that.
Guess if I can miss the provider.
If I don't have my money back soon, I will take further and more extensive legal action.
By the way, this review I write, well VIATOR has repeatedly asked me to.

Cruise passengers beware - We purchased the Golden Circle Tour with the Blue Lagoon entry too. The Golden Circle portion of the tour was really good. Long but our guide was very funny and entertaining. The Blue Lagoon was also good until it came to transportation back. We had to take a cab back to our ship to be on time because the Blue Lagoon Destination bus we were on broke down. And the operator hasn’t responded regarding a partial refund. Cruise passengers beware! This company does not care whether you make it back to your ship on time or have to pay for an expensive taxi back to port.
