Beautiful tour at a great price - Beautiful tour, beautiful places. The times are correct for the distances taken between places. English guide on the bus but possibility of audio guide for other languages.

Good coverage of the 3... - Good coverage of the 3 main sites to see outside Reykjavik. Enough time provided at each. Comfortable bus and good value. Explanation of sites was good but there was no general commentary/ introduction on the way out of Reykjavik or during tour as I would have expected. Commentary only related to the main sites.

Tour bus would not stop at downtown bus stop - We did the Golden Circle tour, including downtown city hotel pick up. On the return trip the bus never announced or stop at the bus stop 2 by our hotel. I guess we were supposed to know that. I noticed we are leaving downtown and started shouting, but the operator said they couldn’t stop at this location. They finally dropped me off about 20 blocks from our hotel.

Surprising and stressed guide, but beautiful nature - We were on the Golden Circle tour today. The places we visited were beautiful! Our guide and driver seemed irritated and stressed before we drove. It took a lot of time to pick up someone who had been to an activity and very little time to look at the beautiful seights. The guide had a thick Icelandic accent and it didn’t really matter if she spoke slowly. But it was as if she had a manuscript that just needed to be ripped off, as soon as possible. When a guest asked if she might be able to speak a little slower because it was difficult to understand, the answer was: "We have ipads for those who do not understand English". The air conditioning of the bus did not work and today it was nice warm weather, which resulted in that we spent most of the day driving around and picking up people in what felt like a sauna. When we stopped somewhere we were stressed around because we had to hurry forward and pick up someone. Aw! It was a sad experience.

No trustworthy, no reaction to inquries. Costs us a lot of extra money due to wrong information or no response - We had booked the tour to fill the time between our cruise end and our flight departure. We called the company to make sure that they pick us up at the port where our ship arrives and got all confirmed, so we booked the tour WITH THE PICK -UP and paid for it. During our cruise we learnt that there are two different docks in Reykjavik and we sent a request to the company to make sure that they pick us up at our dock. FiVE days later still no answer. One day before our arrival we called the company and it turned out that their pick up is on another dock. We both are 70+ and are not able to carry 3 cases to another dock. They sent us a link for a taxi and we had to book another pick-up (68€) . I immediately cancelled the pick - up originally booked with them. Now the company refuses to repay the pick-up charges they charged us, which is not acceptable for us at all. My complaint was refused by "cancellation was too late" which is absoluty not acceptable . In hindsight the entire process was poor and unsufficient. Although the tour itself was OK our morning experience destroyed our day.

Ambiguous pick up location information resulted in missing the tour - We were marked as a no show by the tour operator because we were sent unclear and ambiguous instructions for the pick up location. Our hotel is located in postcode 101, so we had to make our way to a bus pick up point as there are traffic restrictions on that street. Unfortunately, there are 2 pick up points close to the hotel and we were not instructed which one to go to. We tried calling the tour operator but couldn't get through. We visited their website and our hotel was listed under bus stop 14 as the designated pick up point, so that is where we went. The bus didn't show up and we missed the tour. We went to the local tourist office and they let us use their phone to call the tour operator, who told us we should have gone to bus stop 6 rather than 14. My mind reading abilities must not have been working that morning, and NONE of the information we were sent via email specified bus stop 6 as our designated pick up point. We had to pay again to book on a different tour and are now trying to get a refund for the original.

Pick up at the cruise terminal Reykjavík - Please be aware of what is defined as a pick up at the cruise port. I paid extra to be picked up from the cruise port, and it turns out that the cruise part was a long distance where from where the ship dock in Reykjavík cruise port we did not make it to our excursion plus the our cruise line change our departure time by one hour early. Basically, I lost my my money.

Were not picked up and claim our payment back - Unreliable. We were so looking forward to the trip. This was a unique opportunity for us. But if you don't get picked up, it's bitter.

Be sure you know where... - Be sure you know where your pickup is. We were told that we would be picked up in front of our hotel by one chat agent. Another said we had to go to the nearest bus stop. No bus stop was within sight and no directions to the bus stop were provided. We missed the pickup and the tour.
