Smooth sailing - Trip went smoothly. Guide was knowledgeable. More than ample time allowed at stops. Made it back to city in time for late afternoon, evening, nite life.

Three fabulous sights - Each stop was equally stunning. There was plenty of time at each stop and each very accessible after a short walk (some uneven). Iceland is unbelievable and this tour highlights terrific natural wonders. We had the best day!

Don’t miss this one! - Tectonic plates, geysers and an amazing waterfall? Are you kidding me? You can’t miss this trip! Super guide gave us all kinds of info about Iceland along the way!

The Golden Circle excursion - Both the guide and the bus driver were great together. The guide communicated in a very informative and fun way and enhanced the trip.

Great experience - Great way to see national park, geysers and waterfall, plus beautiful countryside. USB chargers didn't work on our bus, best to arrive with full charge to be safe to be able to get all those great pictures!

Good tour - Great tour over all. Only reason they lose a star is we were told we can’t eat on the coach after stopping at a coffee shop which was weird.

Weather impacted tour and guide was just not friendly or helpful - Unfortunately, we had terrible weather for this excursion and we chose to stay on the bus at the last stop. (We had been to Iceland 8 years ago and done the Golden Circle on our own with a rental car.) The Viator emails prior to the tour did not provide good information regarding what time we were supposed to meet the bus. The ticket voucher had no "meet time" listed, one email had the time in tiny print at the bottom of the 2nd page of the email, and another email seemed to have the info in code. So we almost missed taking the tour at all. And we were not that impressed with the guide we had. At times it was difficult to understand her. Although she did make sure that my disabled husband and I were in the front seat, at the first stop when we returned to the bus, she and the driver would not allow us to board the bus from the front door and instead made us use the back door, which was extremely difficult for my husband. She claimed that they needed to keep the front door closed in order to keep the front windshield cleared, but after we boarded others were allowed to board from the front. It was very disconcerting. And she refused to take questions on the bus, stating that she would take questions outside or we could write them down and give them to her outside and then she would answer them on the bus. It was just very strange.

Great sites, but too large a group. - The places we visited were excellent. The tour guide on the bus told us about each stop before we arrived and then we had a good amount of time at each stop. That being said, the bus was completely full about 60 people. the bus picked up a large group from the cruise ship terminal first, so when we got on only back seats were available, and the tour guide told everyone to take the same seats once we got back on the bus after each stop. It was very difficult to hear especially each time the driver accelerated due to engine/motor noise. Also the back of the bus had a musty, “ not clean smell. Upon returning to Reykjavik the bus made a few stops. When we got to our stop, they didn’t announce the stop, and did not open the doors. They began to drive away and we had to yell from the back to ask them to let us off. So be careful upon arrival! If possible I’d recommend a smaller group tour to the same sites.

As above - We loved the tour but felt the price was too high! Loosing two guests and a long delay was not great but the tour guides handles it well

No refund granted - I cancelled my trip days before the trip. They did not give me a refund even though I sent an email showing the cancellation.
