Do it! Great tour - Best tour to see Iceland landscape, waterfalls, black sand beach, diamond beach and glacier lagoon. Very well organized!!! Exactly as much time as needed at each stop. Great communication. On way there had a stop about every hour. On way back was broken up about 1.5 hours/2hours. Drive is not bad! Also most places had food/snacks available.

Great tour. - The tour was amazing!! The day was long but our amazing guide Jonna made it fly by! She showed us arctic thyme at one of our stops which was really neat. This was a great addition to our trip and my husband was thankful I didn’t make him drive out there and back.

A Rejuvenating Trip! - Becky & Packo have been an amazing hosts. The places we visited were naturally stunning. Truthfully, i find this journey a spiritual one and the whole 14 hours bus ride didn't feel that long as I was enjoying the sceneries along the way. Thanks to Becky, the trip was also personalised and infused with some interesting facts of the place, Icelandic roots, stories of struggles, culture, folklores & beliefs with a zest of poetry with deep meanings. It is hard to explain but all i know is that i did gain something from the trip and surely is a valuable piece of memory to bring home. Blessed🇲🇾🙏🏼

A day to remember - It was a long day but completely worth it! Our guide Beggi and driver Paco were an amazing team. Beggi was very knowledgeable and we loved learning about history, geology, geography and even a seafaring song. Paco kept us safe on the roads for 15 hours navigating road works and a few sheep! The long stints of driving were always broken up by rest stops or photo stops which was much appreciated and we really enjoyed Beggi’s commentary. It was truly a day to remember and I would recommend this tour - I would go so far as to say the sights were better than the golden circle.

A Profound Journey along the South Coast - There is truly nothing like this trip anywhere else in the world. We have been assured, and believe it to be true. We travelled in June with our guide Matt and driver Simon. The long journey is peppered with plenty of fabulous views of waterfalls, layered volcanic cliffs and views of the glaciers that you cannot get from the capital. The comfortable ride is accompanied with tales of Iceland's present, past, and robust storytelling tradition. The bus ride, though making up most of the trip's runtime, has its own entertainment and educational value that should be acknowledged and appreciated. But, the real treat is the Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. We got lucky in June to see both locations covered in loose ice due to a recent storm. The ice chunks have a texture and scale that is simply impossible to see anywhere else in the country. The black sand is lovely and the boat ride in the lagoon is fine for the cost. The waterfall Selsulandfoss (the waterfall you can walk behind) was a phenomenal end to a great day. We challenge you to create your own unique waterfall photo there -- the sun shines at your back with the water curtain behind, so you're really just making a shape with your bodies in the shadows. We attempted to create a centaur. One could argue how successful we were, but it's one of our favorite memories from the whole trip. TL;DR The day is very long, and I wouldn't recommend it for a final day in Iceland. But any day prior? It is a must-see if you don't plan to make the journey yourselves. We had a blast with Matt and Simon and encourage you to do the same.

Very nice excursion! - Glacier Bay, Diamond Beach and Seljalandsfiss Falls were wonderful stops. Our tour guide shared interesting stories abd commentary, but was a bit difficult to understand at times.. Overall, I would recommend thiis excursion. The Glacier Bay Boat excursion was not included and had to be purchased separately. I didn't realize this was required when I originally booked the excursion.
