My birthplace is Epernay, the core region of Champagne, where I was born in a maternity hospital named Auban-Moet, constructed in 1893 due to the generous contributions of the Moët & Chandon family. Infants born here are welcomed into the world with a taste of Champagne from their earliest moments! This singular initiation paved the course of my life, compelling me to pursue work on the chalky slopes and cultivate a connection with nature and the vineyard. My heart holds endless tales of skies, sceneries, and companionship, which I cannot conceal. Welcome, to the home of Champagne!
