This trip was well worth... - This trip was well worth the money. These mosaics are one of a kind. They are jaw dropping...especially considering they are 1500 years old. It is fast paced and requires a lot of walking. The tour guide Marco was fabulous.

One of a kind informative tour - Our guide had an indepth knowlage of the 4th and 5th century mosaics that were the subject of the tour. The mosics themselves were impressive. I recommed this tour. Note that you will meet the guide in Revenna, not at the Bologna train station. You recieve the train tickets via email and travel by yourself. This is no problem if you are comfortable riding the rails and have Google maps.

Now Lord you may let your servant go in peace...he has seen Ravenna! - Ravenna is rich in Byzantine period basilicas and their fantastic mosaics! My guide was thoroughly knowledgeable and engaging and did her best to show me Ravenna's treasures most of which were UNESCO designated. The city is very walkable and tourist friendly with taxis/buses right outside the station if you should get winded. UBER is totally useless here as the app can never find drivers willing to pick you up from ANYWHERE in the city. If you want to visit sites outside the city such as San't Apollinaire en Class (well worth the taxi or bus ride!) take a taxi from the station - they are all lined up in order of availability to the LEFT of the exit doors...

Beautiful Ravenna - We had a lovely 3 hour tour, guided by Sergio. What a surprise this city was, with 8 Unesco sites, of which we saw 5. Sergio was very knowledge of the history of the city, dating back to the Romans. We highly recommend this tour if you enjoy Art, architecture and history.

Spectacular Mosaics in Ravenna - We had a great time in Ravenna on the guided tour of the Mosaics in Ravenna. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided extensive information on Ravenna and the various Mosaic sites. We started in Bologna and caught the train for a quick trip to Ravenna. It was easy to walk from the train station and locate the meeting point with the guide. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrific - Sabrina was wonderful. She took us to 5 locations, one more breathtaking than the next, filling in a great deal of history about the early Christian era as well as Ravenna’s evolution. It is difficult to overstate the impact of these huge but remarkably detailed images made of small pieces of glass so many centuries ago. One suggestion would be that the tour could have been even better if she had used one of those radio transmitters that so many guides are using these days. But I can’t downgrade her at all for this. She was always audible and intelligible, and we appreciate what she added to our experience. The company could make the signing-up process a bit clearer, as I suggested to Chiara.

Five World Heritage sites in one walking tour, worth the effort! - Iona, our tour guide, had an excellent base knowledge of all 5 sites visited, which she delivered in a friendly and humorous way. Iona was able to answer all questions asked, in way in a calm and interesting way, which added to the experience. We travelled by train from Bologna and the ticketing experience, included in the tour price, was easy to manage.
