Your full-day bike rental includes a bike, helmet, Hi-Viz vest, wine map, and pick-up from your local accommodation. Pick-up is at 9:30 am, and we return you to your accommodation around 5 pm.
Tandem bikes, child tagalong bikes, trailers, baby seats, and E-bikes (electric bikes) are also available as optional paid upgrades.
- The legal alcohol drinking age is 18 years old. Please bring passport ID if you are aged between 18-25 years old.

Great fun on two wheels - We really enjoyed this activity. We were picked up from our hotel in a minibus and taken to the starting point where we collected our bikes. It was all well organised and the bikes were in good working order.Our tour guide explained a little about each vineyard and gave us a small map and then we were left to get on with our own itinery.
It would have been helpful to have a little more info about each vineyard written down to take with us, there was a lot to remember.
We did get a little lost early on but managed to get back on track quite easily. If help was needed we had a contact number to use. Although we had to cycle on some roads, it felt quite safe as the main roads were very wide but most of the trip involved gravel tracks with minimal traffic. We were given a voucher to use towards a meal at any of the vineyards. It was great fun trying out different wines and enjoying the wonderful cheese platters to soak up the alcohol. There was no pressure at all to buy any wine and the vineyards were very relaxed, we could sit in the beautiful gardens and just enjoy the scenery. If you did want to purchase wine, it could be bought and left at the vineyard and the tour guide would collect it for you so you didn't have to carry any wine on the bikes!

Great way to spend a day wine tasting! - We really enjoyed our day cycling around all the wineries, tasting along the way!
When we pre-booked, we didn’t realise how close our accommodation was to the bike collection and requested a pick-up. They collected us but as we were so close said we could keep the bikes overnight and they would pick them up from us the next morning which was great as it meant we were under no time constraints and could simply cycle to our accommodation at the end of the day.
We were given a map and we planned our route with their help and advice before departing The Vines.
The roads are so flat, so the cycling is all very easy with a cycle path along most of the routes.
Highly recommend this activity for a day as you can spend as long as you like at each winery with no need for a designated driver and so taste the wines to your heart’s content!

A great way to spend the day - Fantastic region, lovely flat riding paths, the views are beautiful.
Suggest you don’t try and do all the cellar doors as riding back may be a little unsteady!
The staff at Marlborough Tours are amazing and the shuttle bus service is right on time!
If you want to combine a very pleasant bike ride and some fantastic wines, look no further!

E bike Wine Tour - What a fun way to tour the Marlborough Vineyards. Whizzing through the vines on our enikes, following our mapped planned route and enjoying cellar tours as and when we wanted. Good pathways and the whole thing with the back up you might need - wine collection too!

Awesome experience and a change of pace from walking or driving. - This friendly company does a great job of getting you rolling with a safe bike and a map of where to go. It is flat as a board in this region and so you don’t need a e-bike.
