Experience the charm of Marlborough at your own pace. Rent a bike from us and embark on a self-guided wine tour. We provide top-notch equipment and equip you with all the recommendations, tips, and hints needed to create your own memorable Marlborough wine journey.
Your full-day bike rental includes a bike, helmet, Hi-Viz vest, wine map, and pick-up from your local accommodation. Pick-up is at 9:30 am, and we return you to your accommodation around 5 pm.
Tandem bikes, child tagalong bikes, trailers, baby seats, and E-bikes (electric bikes) are also available as optional paid upgrades.
- The legal alcohol drinking age is 18 years old. Please bring passport ID if you are aged between 18-25 years old.

Perfect wine tour by bike - Excellent experience, very quick and easy pick up from Blenheim, good choice of bikes and a perfect location for touring the main wineries. The roads and cycle paths are flat and mostly bike friendly, a terrific day and quick return bus to the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - definitely recommended. Lunch at St Clair was perfect as was the tasting at Fromm.

Great way to see the wine country! - This is a great way to see the Marlborough wine country! I highly recommend it. There are so many great wineries within a close distance and beautiful scenery all around. The service was excellent and the bikes worked great!

Informative, efficient and value for money - Collection from Blenheim was efficient and on time. Briefing on arrival was informative and useful. Bikes in good condition. Had a lovely day exploring the area and would thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommended - Picked up at our motel, we enjoyed many hours of self-guided fun. Brought back to motel. What’s not to like? The e-bikes were on top shape and gave us a lot more range than traditional bikes.

A brilliant way to visit wineries - We had a brilliant day on the bikes. We were keen to try a tandem, and were given the opportunity to swap it out, should it not be suitable. We did exactly this when the chain fell off (although we were ready to swap by then!) - We were rescued promptly and driven back to the site to collect new bikes. We were provided with sun cream, bike locks and helmets, along with maps and clear instructions for the day. Highly recommended and an excellent way to visit lots of wineries!

Fun e-ride - Loved the unique experience. Although we got lost headed to the first winery, the test was smooth sailing. It was my first time riding an ebike and definitely the right choice after the first couple wineries. The bike staff showed us how to use it quickly! I also liked how we got to choose our own wineries and durations. Highly recommend

Fantastic way to spend the day! - We were given a map with all the local vineyards, what types of wine they provide and possible routes to use. We managed to visit 4 different places and sampled 20 wines which was definitely enough! Tastings costed around $15-$25pp for 3-7 samples. Would highly recommend.

Transport delays but a great day out - We had a lovely day on our self guided wine tour however the company was 45 minutes late picking us up in the morning (after I called them twice), meaning we didn’t get started until 11.30am which wasn’t ideal for a full day tour as all the wineries close at 4-4.30pm. They were also 30 mins late in the evening taking us back to our accommodation. We were offered $15 vouchers for their gin/whisky facilities but they didn’t cover the full cost of a drink so we ended up spending more money there. The staff however were lovely and bikes worked great.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT - BE PREPARED TO WAIT
Yes there are bikes. Yes it serves a purpose. But be prepared to wait. We arrived on time but it’s a shuttle bus and so you end up waiting 20-30 minutes in the morning for people who are late, have forgotten things, are generally unorganised. When you return your bike at 5.30pm, don’t bother being on time. You’ll have to wait 37minutes for the shuttle bus to come back. So yes, it’s an option so you don’t have to drive but given our time again we’d book taxis.
