Great taste of Rapallo - A great experience that combines easy to understand cooking skills with the history of the region. Our culinary leader and owner provided a friendly and engaging atmosphere for the class. The best part was eating your creation at the end in their beautiful restaurant.

'Channeling' my... - 'Channeling' my grandmother who was from Ognio, and sharing cooking stories with my granddaughter was wonderful. The education the regarding the ingredients and making of pesto was excellent. Our chef was knowledgeable and we enjoyed all he shared about basil and the ingredients, where the best are sourced, etc. The prep of the pasta and vegetables, the complete use of all parts of the vegetables was informative. And the eating was Awesome! Thank you for an enjoyable time.
