- Mountains to Sea Trail - You’ll meet your experienced guides, have a brief safety meeting, and do some quick orientation rides to make sure everyone feels comfortable on the bikes. Once we embark as a group, we will do a bit of scenic riding through Clayton, then stop at Vinson’s Pub for lunch. Afterwards, we will enter the Mountains to Sea Trail, where we will have an exhilarating e-bike ride. During this time, your guide will have some interesting facts about local history and information about the Neuse River, native tribes, local cemeteries, and more. We will eventually come full circle back to Deep River Brewery where you will have a beer waiting for you – compliments of Triangle Adventures. There will also be several stops photo ops and bathroom breaks.

We will be meeting at 348 East Main Street in Clayton NC. There is a paved parking lot with a gravel parking lot adjacent to it. Your guides will be waiting near the Triangle Adventures trailer with the fleet of e-bikes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Fun and laid back e-bike ride - Fun and laid back experience with the perfect mix of nature, history, and food/drink. We did the Burgers, Cocktails, & History tour. Marlo and Dave were excellent guides and made the experience easy and enjoyable. The E-Bikes are user friendly if you haven’t ridden one before (though you should know how to ride a bike!). They have throttle and peddle assist, and fat tires for gravel portions. 10/10 would recommend!

Lots of fun! - Tour guides Dave and Marlo were wonderful! It was a great time learning history and connecting with nature. Riding the e bikes was exhilarating, would definitely recommend it!

FIVE STAR REVIEW - We loved ... EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND of the trip. It made my husbands Father's Day that he will remember. The history piece of the tour was super interesting and not boring. Our stopover at the Taco place was authentic and delicious. When we ended at the brewery at the end, it was a highlight to get a coupon for a beer to talk about all that we have learned and experienced. Highly recommend !! Five Star REVIEW !!

5 stars e-bike tour - We had a great time. 2 Grown ups and 2 teens. The bikes were fun and easy to use, Dave and Marlo are fantastic and we learned a lot. Definitely recommend.

Thumbs up for Triangle Adventures! - I lucked upon Triangle Adventures via a social media post/giveaway and am so glad I did! I purchased a gift card for my husband last Father's Day and we took our tour last weekend. I had to call Dave for assistance to apply the gift card and he was so helpful! He also was willing to change our tour reservation a few days before due to a conflict which was so appreciated! I had never ridden an e-bike before but felt very safe riding after instruction. He and Marlo did a great job and are super friendly! I learned a lot about the area and North Carolina as a whole and highly recommend them. I hope to take another tour with them in the future!

Great bike rental in Raleigh! - Cameron at the Bike Library in Raleigh has a great bike and paddleboard rental going. Located right on the Walnut Creek trail, it is a great location to start a bike loop or paddle out on Lake Raleigh.

A great experience for all - Just moved to the area and we were looking for something interesting to do and this e-bike adventure was perfect for my family, so perfect even my teenage son had a good time. Participation requirements were minimal, some closed toe shoes, appropriate clothing, and a good attitude. The bikes are well maintained, easy to use after a brief test drive and explanation and then you're off to see local sites, have local food and brews, and learn local history on the way.
