- Shahdag Mountain Resort - Guests are conveniently picked up from any location or meeting point in Baku and transported to Shahdag Mountain Resort in the Gusar region, a trip that takes about three hours. The ski season generally spans from mid-December to early April. As the largest mountain resort in Azerbaijan, Shahdag boasts 32 kilometers of ski terrain, 26 slopes catering to all skill levels, and 17 modern lifts capable of accommodating up to 25,000 skiers per hour. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, visitors can indulge in activities such as cable cars, mountain coasters, zip-lining, paragliding, ice skating, and family-friendly attractions. Guests typically spend two to three hours at the resort before heading back to Baku.
