Memorable Mekong Delta Homestay - I had such an amazing time. The tour included cycling, cooking class, Mekong River cruise, Unicorn Island, coconut factory, kayaking, fishing canoeing & more. A Swiss couple & myself stayed overnight at the Family Tiny Garden Homestay, & what a fun time we had, so glad I did the homestay rather than staying at a hotel. We were welcomed & looked after extremely well by Hieu & his team. The food was amazing & they catered extremely well to my dietary requirements. One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this tour and the homestay.

Super fed trip 🤣🤣 - That was an amazing times with Family Tiny Garden when they fed you so well along the times you lived in a well-prepare accomodation. First day i was amazed by the cooking class, the unicorn island, the coconut candy workshop, the little tiny boat along the canal. Second day, was an amazing time when we do kayaking & catching catfish, the karaoke night times was most fun... all of that was hosted by Chow Do this trip, as soon as possible!!!

A fantastic trip 2day 1 night - We had Chow as our guide. His english is impeccable and so knowledgeable about the local area giving us a great tour. The farm stay itself everyone is so kind and wow do they feed you some amazing food! Always taking dietary requirements in to consideration. The accommodation itself had aircon, large room and everything you needed for a one night stay. We had a great night with karaoke, fishing, and so much more! Thank you for the fantastic time!

Wholesome and Fun - We could not appreciate and love this tour any more! The first day was so well organised and informative - Milo also had very good humour. We were able to go kayaking down a river and then do a cooking class before heading over the Mekong on a river cruise. After exploring “unicorn island” and seeing the coconut candy factory, we went down a tiny stream on a wooden paddle boat before heading back over the Mekong. We said goodbye to the rest of the tour group after the Pagoda. BEST DECISION EVER. By staying the night at Family Tiny Garden, we experienced a true welcoming environment where we had a delicious bbq dinner and lovely early night. The next day was our highlight - Hieu took us to a sunrise spot over the rice fields, a long bike ride through the surrounding towns and coffee/ breakfast in centre. We planted rice plants in the mud, caught a catfish to eat for lunch and played Chinese chess with Tuyen. We had such a welcoming, relaxing, wholesome experience.

Authentic and memorable stay - It was a fantastic trip! The homestay was awesome and i would recommend doing that instead of a hotel. We loved everything about it: the food, the people, the nature, the boatrides, the cooking class, the sunrise, the market where we had breakfast, kayaking and the bicyclerides. It’s a very unique experience for travelers that enjoy a local and authentic trip. Thanks a lot to Mr. Hieu and his lovely team.

Excellent trip - A excellent tour! Our tour guide Dennis is lovely and have a variety of activities organised for us. We particularly enjoyed the cycling, fishing, planting rice, cooking class and drinking traditional Vietnamese coffee at the local market. The Mekong River cruise was great, even though it was raining, we still had a lot of fun. Thank you Dennis and Kenny, and Vietnam to Travel!

Amazing experience of the village life at Mekong Delta - Such a highlight to our trip in Vietnam!! We took this tour hoping to combine the Mekong Delta excursion with a local farm/village experience in an overnight trip, it was such a success. Dennis our guide is absolutely amazing, he is knowledgeable, pleasant to chat with everything, super multi-task that he basically did every single activity with us like a butler... let's do the count... He is the tour guide showing us around, taught us how to cook the pancake, plant rice and fish with us (even hooked the bait for us), biked with us to catch the sunrise on the rice field (epic), took us to the local village for breakfast with locals, carried our boats and kayak with us on local channels, guided us thru a local fruit farm, and even did all the photography for us.  Without Denis it would not have been a same trip!! Overall it was such a memorable experience to get a taste of the villagers life at Mekong Delta (for those needing clarity,  the Tiny Garden farm stay is at Long An and it is part of Mekong Delta).  Also a huge thank you to the team at Tiny Garden, they are truly amazing in making sure we are nicely accommodated.  The home cook meals were great to get a local taste (so much food!!); and the personal surprise gift for my daughter was just speechless. A disclaimer though, you need to be reasonably physically fit to be able to bike for some hours to get the full experience.  Also, accommodation is clean with AC (which is already a big plus given you are in countryside) and private bathroom, but expect it is basic amenities and a bit blended into the nature.  if you set the right expectation this will be a very unique experience from Vietnam.
