Amazing! - This I'd am exceptionally well curated experience. The ambiance at Claroscuro is stunning, the service is world class yet very authentic, and the food quality is superb. Josúe, the chef, is smart and engaging. He walked me through each dish with whit and perfectly times explanations. The team went above and beyond to craft the three traditional meals with great regard for my specifications and we all enjoyed it. It's an incredibly personal experience as you have the meals with the chef, which sets the pace for more relevant and thoughtful conversation. The entire concept is miles ahead of typical travel cooking offerings. It's pro-social and exciting.

Phenomenal - Phenomenal! Karen was awesome. We made a potato soup with an avocado rose set on cheese in the middle of the soup. Then we made a sword fish in a cream sauce and finished with a chocolate fondue dish with a variety of passion fruit and other local fruits. It was the best cooking class I have ever taken. Thanks Karen!
