Wonderful experience - Traveling solo and had an amazing experience. We had a pretty big group but the tour guide managed to satisfy everyone. Met some nice people who where also traveling solo and heard some inspiring stories. Really interesting stories from the guide about the environment and even some nice fun facts. Would definetily recommend this daytrip!!

Great experience! - We had such a great time on our day trip! The guide was informative and friendly. He was also quite supportive of the guests who could not make the complete hike. We did not feel rushed once we got to the top and enjoyed the lunch on the way back. I would recommend this trip and would be happy to take another with them!

Nice experience! - This tour was incredible, from start to finish. The view of the mountain was breathtaking. At the end, bicycling down the road was the icing on the cake. Totally recommended.

Great Experience - The climb to base camp, while difficult at that elevation, was spectacular. Our tour guide was so helpful and gave us lots of local insights. Great tour!

Amazing day with great Guide :) - This is a must do when you're visiting Quito. We had the best day with Ecuatraveling and especially with our guide “Mono". At any time he had everything under controll even tho we know that our group was not an easy one. At the end of the day we all are tired but the beautiful hike to the Glacier and the very fun Downhill part are definitely worth it. We never felt rushed or pushed into doing anything we didnt want and overall was a great trip and we would highly recommend this specific tour with our guide Victor. :) Anna, Alina and Tanja

Amazing experience at Cotopaxi - We booked a bike tour in the Cotopaxi National Park for 5 people, including one pregnant. It was an uncomplicated communication with Pablo. On the day of the tour, Christian and his father Jorge were punctual and could adapt the tour to cover all our expectations and limitations. They were really friendly and empathic. The van was comfortable and the whole trip was enjoyable. Jorge was a good company to the pregnant and patient during our bike tour. After the trail to the Refugio Jose Rivas, we started a bike tour through hidden trails for one hour, stopping for lunch with an amazing view to the Cotopaxi. They provided us a delicious sandwich and soft drinks, along with equipments and bikes for the bike tour. The experience was amazing. We had a really great time and definitely recommend them.

Solid tour! - I did a two day tour of Cotopaxi and Quilitoa, and it was everything I hoped it would be. English guides, comfortable transportation, good food and solid overnight lodging. Everything a guided excursion should be!

Wonderful adventure up the Cotopaxi Volcano! - The patience of our tour guide Estui, and mentally preparing us for what was to come. On the hike of the volcano it was pretty intense but an incredible adventure. My wife and I are in our 60s and had an incredibly great time. Thank you to our tour guide and our driver, Alex who took good care of us.

Frustrating logistics & guide attitude; fun activities but advise doing with another company - Our tour began on a chaotic note as we were waiting at the meetup spot 5-10 minutes before the tour bus was supposed to be there, but we did not see the bus go by ever. I tried texting and calling the company and could not get a hold of anyone for 35 minutes. I spent 10+ minutes on the phone with Viator trying to figure this out, accruing international calling fees. Eventually, the tour guide responded and said we needed to take a taxi 10 minutes away to the next spot as the bus would not come back for us. There were no apologies from the guide or driver for the fact that they had not tried to find us even when we were waiting at the correct spot. Not only did they make no efforts to contact me, I also was unable to contact them. Fast-forward and I was happy just to be on the bus. But things got strange quickly as the guide insisted on discouraging everyone from riding the bikes that we paid for in this tour. He kept saying it was "dangerous" even though the bike ride, ultimately, was very simple. There also were not enough bikes for the number of people. The only thing that was dangerous was the lack of bike maintenance - my bike's brakes were scarily unresponsive - and the use of skateboarding helmets in place of bike helmets, which do not offer nearly the same protection. The hike was nice and bike ride was fun, but I would advise doing with another company that will actually care about communication and safety.
