Absolute must go! - As we boarded the shuttle buses, Lupe our driver was very informative giving in details of the city and its growth. We, then step out into the park`s reserves. We were greeted in a nostalgia of ‘Fantasy Island drama series’ it was great! We chose a mini wicker lounge chair to relax. We enjoyed the view and tree covering shaded area. The food was exceptional this was authentic Mexico! The servers were constantly bringing us cocktails and endlessness of bowls, shrimp, chicken tacos and the (4) special sauces. The restrooms were brand new very cold inside and as you’ll guess very clean. The beach was just as clean like I said “fantasy island vibes’. My biggest regret was not bringing extra cash to tip every single person as all contributed to my score of EXCELLENCE!

Great beach day! - Great service, beach is just a tad rocky at first but I’ve noticed that at a few Cozumel beaches. I’d definitely return Victor and Paco was great

Relaxing beach day - This Beach club was relaxing with so much to do. Water activities included giant water tricycles, floating beach mats, jet skis, and kayaks, Lounging activities included lounging chairs with umbrellas and cabanas for use. There was even a pool if you wanted, Staff was on-point with food and drink service and kindness. Thank you Isla Mia!

Excursion off MSC Cruise Line. - Nice, quiet and clean. The food was delicious. The staff just needs to be a little more prepared for the guests, but I would definitely visit again.

Bunmer👎🏻 - Paid over $300, expected the blow up water park, it was down. When we got there, they did advise us the park was down, but what do ya do after you made plans for an excursion & is the day of with 4 hours? Got to the park & there are sharp rocks & holes where you walk in/sit, they're everywhere, so make sure to bring water shoes. This was definitely not worth $300+. They did provide food & drinks. Coke was flat & they give them out in thin solo cups, so ice melts bc it gets hot fast. We were there about 3/4 hours, we came in on a cruise. We ordered one drink from the bar, but it gets hot too fast, so that was it. They did have a bike that rides on water & kayaks, which my son road once. Definitely not worth the $300+ that we paid. They did have a parrot and iguana, which we paid another $44 for those pictures. The tops I would pay would be $100-$150 for this experience.

Do NOT book through Viator and definitely do NOT book this excursion!!! - If I could leave zero stars I would. Our excursion was awful. We arrived at the place and it was nothing like the pictures and description, completely different location (no water slides, no childrens play area, etc). We were informed that the ownership "changed last week." They offered to put us back in a cab & when we inquired if it would be on their dime we were told, "absolutely not." It cost my family $60+ tip EACH way to get to the location and back to our cruise ship. My children were sorely disappointed. Others there also felt the same; some even had gone to the other location and said it was incredible. We weren't offered any form of compensation to make up for anything (food, banana boat ride, NOTHING). And, forget asking Viator to help, you get the same generic customer service response. They don't care, they already have your money!

Bait and switch - There were no water floats to play on. There were no waterslides to go on. There was no pool for swimming . These photos do not represent what this place actually is. The water is warm, but the sand leading into it is full of coral. Save your money. We trusted this place because it was advertised on TripAdvisor, but it was not at all what was advertised.

Bait and switch - THERE IS NO WATER FLOAT PARK EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE ADVERTISES IT AND HAS PHOTOS OF IT. We booked this experience based on what was being offered. It said that you had the water float, which is the adventure park on the water. When we arrived, we were immediately told that there was no float on the water. We brought our family of nine there. They were looking forward to doing the waterpark and it was an extreme disappointment that you didn’t have that there. We would have booked somewhere else if your website had been honest about what you had at your beach. To me it was a complete scam what you guys did.

not a good experience - I'm writing this review because I don't want people to get scammed the way I did. First is that I originally was going to purchase tickets to isla mia roots park, but the website was not working properly. Trip advisor came up when I googled the park, so I went ahead and purchased the tickets through them since they were offering the same price and package. I was doing this trip as an excursion for a cruise I was on. The tickets I purchased did not include transportation which I could have added on for a price of about 16.50 extra per person round trip which I regret not adding on as I will explain. I was with a group of 12 people so when we got to the port of Cozumel we needed to fetch a cab, what a bunch of crooks these people are. They tried to charge us 100.bucks 1 way for a 10-minute drive. all the cabbies were trying to rip off the tourist that came in, I tried to beat them down but the best deal I got was 80. dollars 1 way for 12 people. We would not have paid that amount of money in the U.S so why would I want to pay that there. Anyway, when we exited the cab, we were greeted by a worker from the park that started to explain to us that none of the water activities listed on the website were available due to the park having been moved months ago, so basically, we paid 25.00 a person that came out to 300. in U.S dollars because we were a group of 12. The park advertised that it had an inflatable water park, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, snorkeling, and other water activities. But after the 80.00 cab ride, we just took we now were being told that we basically paid 300. to go to a beach that only had chairs and beach umbrellas, what a scam. We were offered a refund of the park, but we would not have been refunded the cab fare that it took to go and come back so that wasn't an option because we would have already lost time and money. There were countless people coming into the park and all being told the same bs story. The beach was full of large coral which made it impossible to walk without water shoes. The park knows this and has the nerve to charge to rent water shoes out. I asked to be upgraded to have the buffet package on since they didn't have any of the water activities listed and was told no. So basically, you are paying 25. a person to go to a beach that gives you a chair and umbrella. Also, when you go to grab a chair at the park you have to request for an umbrella to be brought out because that's another scam, The workers want you to ask for umbrellas that are suposto be included so that you give them a tip ,it's really not a tip because they put their hand out like your required to give them money. And don't try to move your seat because the guy won't let you move the umbrella yourself and want you to tip him again for moving it. It's not that bad of a beach if you can get past the corral but to me it's not worth taking an 80. cab ride plus 25 per person to get into a beach when there are free beaches at the port. I hope this can help someone. I would not have been so angry if I was not lied to about what I was getting. In all honesty the park worker did tell us that trip advisor knew of these changes months ago but have not updated the website. When I reached out to trip advisor I was hung up on several times and told I would not be offered a refund
