Exciting day touring Cozumels cenotes and atv tour - Carlos ceballos was the best tour guide! He adjusted to tour as our family needed it. We loved exploring different cenotes, an exciting atv tour, tequila sampling tour, scenic driving and beach club. He even helped us find a pharmacy. We could not have asked for a better day in Cozumel!!

Exciting and multiple sights! - It was a lot of fun we had Jared for the general tour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable of the areas history and culture. Juan was great at the tequila testing and helped us find a bottle to take home. For the ATV portion Moises guide us through the off-road! He was helpful and kept things fun and was willing to take photos of us.

Amazing day even in the rain - We thought our day in Cozumel would be over with so much rain but Paco gave us an amazing time. He took us snorkeling when we told him we would love to go. The atv rides were great in the rain and the entire day was a million times better than I expected. Pick up was easy and very clear. Definitely recommend. Safe. Reliable. Fun.

Carlos Ceballos is a cool dude - Carlos ceballos is a cool guy, enjoyed the atvs a lot! The whole thing was very well planned, which I respect Carlos ceballos for. It rained and made the atvs even more fun and I don’t know if I mentioned that Carlos ceballos is a cool guy.

Summer Vacay - We had a blast on this excursion. Carlos Ceballoss was fantastic. Our favorite part was the ATV. Even though it rained for the majority of the day, I would recommend it. We had so much fun.

Disappointing, do not recommend. - My partner and I recently booked this Viator tour in Cozumel for our cruise. We were excited, but it unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Our tour guide, Pedro, was excellent with his knowledge of the history of the island and was very nice to us- even offered us water after every experience. (This review is more geared towards the actual tour and not the tour guide.) Having said that, the tour did start with our guide trying to convince us to skip 2 major points- “Punta Sur and El Mirador”. We were told this was to “decrease 45 minutes of driving time”. We felt pressured to skip this, so we agreed, and had to sign waivers stating it was our choice to skip this part. We were under the impression we would get to “drive the jeep” as stated in the description- that never happened. We were not offered once to drive the jeep. The entire tour felt a bit unsafe and sketchy. During the ATV experience, my partners (and another family’s) ATV broke down in the middle of the tour. The tour guides tire even came off as he was driving. We had to stop the tour multiple times due to this. In the beach, we did not have a “guided tour to the reefs” as advertised. We were told to “get in the water, swim to a barely visible buoy and be careful with the strong current”. We went alone in the ocean. No paddle board or kayak was offered. We even had to ask for life vests- since they were not offered. No soda was included at any time as advertised. Leaving Jade cenote, our Jeep would not start and the tour guide had to check the engine to fix it. Luckily it was fixed but of course the fear of being stranded was high. We observed the dashboard on the jeep was completely lit with service signals. Not to mention we were driven for 25 minutes through a “local community” getting to Jade, which we were unaware about. In the first cenote, Chempita, we did observe a crocodile inside of it, which we were told it was a “local crocodile” but were still instructed to get inside the water. I have booked tours with Viator several times and have had good experiences but this was by far one of the worse. As a tourist you want to feel safe when visiting other places and this one failed to do that. I do not recommend this tour. Perhaps it would be better booking with the cruise line directly.
